The interior floor plan features an open and airy living - dining concept with vaulted ceilings, tasteful furnishings, an open hearth gas fireplace, a breakfast bar with two stools, a large fully equipped kitchen and dining area including a dishwasher and a dining table with ample seating for four, one bedroom with 1-king sized bed plus its own gas fireplace (romantic!) and one full bath Ensuite, plus an additional ¾-bath with a laundry cubby that includes a full size washer - dryer. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals another large bedroom with 1-king sized bed and yet another ¾-bath...And check out that tile work. Just outside the back door is a privacy fenced deck with a private hot tub. This pet-friendly (2 Pet Maximum No Exceptions), WIFI equipped, and monitored vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Glacier, WA is encompassed with the Mount Baker Recreation Area which is a year-round playground. SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...The photography is unsurpassed year-round.

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 21 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 65 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.

Security or Damage Deposit

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
