The apartment is 83 sqm there is air conditioning, television and wifi, it sleeps 4 people. The grounds in which the house stands is 5000 sqm and it has a stunning view of Torremendo reservoir. The area is ideal for cyclists ( CV925) and hiking in the National Park. There is a heated pool. The nearest supermarket is in Bigastro a 10 minute drive. Orihuela is a short drive, it is an old town with Spanish charm with a monastery built on the top of the mountain. If you want a beach day Torrevieja, Guardamar, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig beaches are more or less 30 minutes depending on the traffic. Torrevieja Hospital is one of the best-equipped hospitals in Spain. From Alicante airport, it is 50 minute drive south on the motorway to Murcia. A car is required for your stay. This is a ground-level unit and the owner resides upstairs. The outdoor pool is shared between this unit and the owner upstairs.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 10 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 10 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 1.00 percent surcharge. PayPal
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 5 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 50 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
