Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 15 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded. Full refund unless cancellation is made 14 days prior to arrival. In this case, if cancellation within 14 days before the date of arrival, the refund will only be 50% of the price of the stay.
