Terms and Conditions

Renters: The Property Manager rents to families, married couples, and individuals. We do not rent to anyone under 25 years of age, high school and college students or groups. Renters making reservations must use the condo during the entire period of the reservation. Also, renters agree to limit number of people to a maximum of six (6) people in two bedroom condos and eight (8) people in three bedroom condos.
Check-in: Check-in is 2:00 pm or later on first day of rental period. Renters are required to pick up envelope containing information on accessing their condo from an onsite office or lock box. Information for picking up the envelope will be sent to renters approximately 30 days in advance of check-in date.
Checkout: Checkout is 10:00 am on scheduled day of departure. Departure cleaning is including in the rental rate. Prior to checkout, renters are required to take out the trash, remove all items from the refrigerator, wash and place kitchenware back in drawers and cabinets, and place dirty linens in bag provided.
Smoking Policy: All condos are “No Smoking”. Renters are allowed to smoke on condo balconies and premises.
Optional Travel Insurance – You have the option of protecting your vacation investment through the purchase of travel insurance. Although this insurance is optional, it is recommended. It provides protection should you be forced to cancel, interrupt or delay your trip due to evacuation, serious illness or a death of a family member. Travel Insurance is provided through CSA Travel Protection and you will receive information on their program via email or standard mail.
Linens and Towels: Linens and towels are included in the rental fee and are to be used only within the condo rented. Renters are required to bring their own towels for use at the pool and beach.
Internet: There is no charge to renters for this service.
Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property and in condos.
Change in Condos Rented: In rare situations, we may be forced to move a renter to a
comparable condo. Renters will be notified at the earliest date that the condo reserved will not be available and given options to change to another condo. If unacceptable to the renter, they will be refunded rental fees paid or given an opportunity to change rental dates.
Taxes and Fees: Included are accommodation taxes on rental fees as mandated by the City of Myrtle Beach, Horry County, State of South Carolina and reservation fee / accidental damages totaling $300 or less, if reported immediately. Damages incurred does not release the renter from a), intentional, willful, reckless, or malicious acts, smoking inside condos, 2) theft, 3) gross negligence, 4) intentional misuse of any device, appliance, AC system, furniture and furnishings in the condo, and 5), damage caused by renters and guests while under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. In event tax rates change, renter will be charged at the new tax rates.
Cancellations: Renter will be refunded rental fees paid less $100 administrative fee for cancellations, providing that renter advises The Property Manager up to 30 days prior to check-in date. Cancellations within 30 days of check-in date will be refunded rental fees collected for re-renting the condo less $100 administrative fee if able to re-rent the condo.
Late Payments: The Property Manager has the right to cancel renter reservations if rental fees are not paid by the due date as shown on the rental agreement.
Method of Payments: Method of payments to include credit card, official bank checks and Money Orders. A fee of $20 will be charged to renter for bounced checks from banks. All payments to be made to The Property Manager, 5335 N Kings Highway, #178, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577.
Rental Agreement: Rental agreement shall not be assigned or sublet.
Rules and Regulations:
a. No parking of motorized bikes, campers, RV’s and trailers on premises.
b. Posted rules in condos and on the property.
c. Not operate appliances if not in the condo to avoid possible damages.
d. No fireworks can be stored, used on property, or directed towards the property.
e. Keeping noise levels in and outside condo(s) rented to a reduced level after 10:00 pm, including use of TV’s, stereos, washers, vacuum cleaners and clothes dryers.
f. No swimming in the pool after 10:00 pm.
g. No glass drinking glasses or glass containers inside the fenced pool area.
h. No reserving chairs and lounges at the pool.
Parking: Onsite parking is available to renters. Vehicles will require a parking pass to be displayed on the dash of the vehicle. Vehicles without parking passes will be removed from the property at renter’s expense.
Accommodations: Renters are not allowed to move or remove furnishings of condos. The Property Manager and condo owners are not responsible to replace or provide additional furnishings or appliances, which are not in condo on check-in. The Property Manager will make every effort to correct outages of AC systems, washer and dryers, kitchen appliances, and furnishings to working order on notice by renter.
Errors and Omissions: The Property Manager is not responsible for errors and omissions. We reserve the right to correct errors such errors.
Limitation of Remedies: In event that The Property Manager is unable to deliver condo to renter because of fire, eminent domain or Act of Nature, no utilities, property sold and not continuing on the rental program or other reasons beyond the control of The Property Manager, renter agrees that The Property Manager sole liability is to refund unused rental costs incurred by renter should the renter elect not to rent or forced to vacate the condo. In addition, renter agrees that The Property Manager, Homeowner Association, and owner are not liable for any consequential or secondary damages, loss of money, valuables and personal property of renter and guests, including but not be limited to, any expense of renter as a result of travel and cost or re-renting, etc.. Renter agrees this agreement is entered into at Myrtle Beach and Horry County, SC, and consents to personal jurisdiction and any proper court location therein.
Personal Injury: Renter agrees to release and indemnify The Property Manager, Homeowners Association and condo owner from and against all liability for personal injury to the person of the renter and their guests while occupying the condo or on the property resulting from any cause whatsoever.
Lost or Left Behind Personal Items: The Property Manager is not responsible for personal belongings and items left in condos during occupancy and after checkout. We will remove found belongings and items if found, and mail them to renters at their expense.
Refuse to Rent/Eviction: The Property Manager reserves the right to refuse rentals, and/or refund deposits and payments at company’s discretion. Also, renter agrees to comply with terms and conditions as set forth above in Items 1-21, and failure to do so, agrees to vacate the condo and premises immediately on request and eviction by The Property Manager.

The place to stay in Myrtle Beach. This condo is great! We stayed in Unit 311, the entire place is even nicer than the pictures. Great location and beautiful property, very well cared for. The grounds and pool area were an immaculate. Perfect beach location, directly across the street with no obstructions to your view. Best area of Myrtle Beach, totally family friendly and more residential than downtown MB. This is the place to stay, if you want a safe friendly and family environment. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Myrtle Beach.

Week of March 31-April 7,2018 My family and i have been staying here since 1992. Love the condos and location. However the last 3 times we can really not enjoy the pool. This year on Sunday, Monday and Friday there was 17 people using the pool who were not staying there. The same 17 I watched were they parked and walked from. Also they had glass bottle of wine and some of them got in the pool with their clothes on, not swim wear. Last year a family of approximately 10 staying in a 2 bedroom condo on first floor. Played music loud at the pool and did bong drinking at the pool. Needless to say at this time I will not be staying here this summer with my family. Will consider staying again if I get a reply from you as to what changes will be made for year 2019. As of now would not recommend a friend to stay here especially with children who would like to enjoy the pool. Response from Anchorage Rentals, LLC; Tuesday, April 24, 2018 I read your review on the property and the pool issues you experienced over the past two stays. Last year we were aware of issue with the first floor renter, they didn't have 10 people staying in the condo but they did cause a lot of disturbances. Because of the issues we had with them we black listed them from coming back. I personally was on the property every day trying to keep some sort of order with them. I did get them to turn off the music at the pool, take away the glass hooka they were smoking from at the pool. This year the people you witnessed in the pool were staying at Anchorage II and also Anchorage I. They were families spending time together on vacation. They were Jewish families in celebrating Passover. The women and children were clothed in full body swimwear not clothes. I was unaware of the glass bottles in the pool area, had I know when it was happening I would have addressed the problem immediately. They thought when they booked they were all at the same complex and obviously wanted to enjoy their vacation together. I'm sorry this was so disturbing to you. I never saw that the pool was 100% occupied and didn't see a problem with the two families coming from Anchorage I to join their other families at Anchorage II. The past two years you have stayed have been Spring Break/Easter week. We are typically 100% booked for these weeks. I would suggest maybe picking a week other than a holiday week to avoid larger crowds, if your looking for a quieter stay. We are very sorry that you were not able to enjoy your stay at the Anchorage because of the people in the pool. We do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable stay for all of our guest. Wonderful Place This is a great place to stay and we loved our condo, the pool and the short distance to the beach. Everything about this place was lovely. The only drawback was that we stayed during bike week (we didnt know this ahead of time) and the motorcycles were loud in the night.

Awesome Vacation We always enjoy staying at Anchorage. This was our fourth year in a row staying at Anchorage II, you can't beat the area. Wonderful family environment and the beach is the best on the strip.

Family vacation 2017 The area is a perfect location - NIce, clean, not too congested and safe. The value for our money is another thing. The complex is very clean and well maintained but the condo we stayed in C11 in Anchorage 2 - needs some updating. The furniture is old and grungy, the comforters are old and beat up and need replacing. The appliances aren't in the best shape, microwave is old and doesn't work well, the stove is old and lop sided, and the refrigerator is old and the ice maker doesn't work - the frig doesn't get cold enough. The cost of the week doesn't match the condition of the condo - way too much for the quality of the unit

Jenny Schenck and family It was a pleasant stay...the only hick up was the roof leak, which we noticed on day #1 and reported.....then it was workers in and out and loud fans and a heated upstairs...(upstairs room sleeper was only complainer). Glad we caught the leak for the condo owner before it got too bad. One last note.....could not get the Upsatirs sliding door to shut completely and lock....same with Master Suite sliding door. Unit smelled like someone had been cooking fish all week....

2nd annual stay at anchorage we absolutely LOVE it at the anchorage! However our 3 bedroom condo this year was a little dated. We pay good money to stay there and we expected it to be just as immaculate as last years 2 bedroom! The number one thing that we had a problem with was the carpet, its very old and dirty looking. the condo we stayed in last year was wood looking tile through out, other than bedrooms and it was beautiful!! so to have to walk on what looked like old dirty carpet really makes us want to try a different condo next year. the view from the balconies tho was worth it! the condo itself just needs a little TLC. :)

Home away from home We have stayed at Anchorage 11 for the past 11 years and return each year for the great time and accommodations. The management company is always available and takes great care to ensure everything we need is available. The area is beautiful and well maintaind. The beach is just a few steps away with a great view from every balcony. If you enjoy shopping or golf or shows - this is the place for you.

Excellent We have stayed at Anchorage 2 for many years. This is our first time in C11 and was very satisfied and will ask for it again. The only thing we have been a little disappointing in is the lack of a hot tube by the pool.The view is beautiful and the furniture in the rooms were very nice. We had to leave unexpectedly and the Fosters were excellent.

The Anchorage II is a wonderful vacation resort! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anchorage II. Our condo was lovely and the view was spectacular!! Our only regret is that we hadn't booked for 2 weeks. We would highly recommend the Anchorage II.

Home away from home We have stayed at Anchorage 2 for many years now. We have stayed in C11 twice now and really like the view and location. The room is very nice and clean but could use a little more updating. My sister stayed in C07 on the south side of the complex. Same layout but much nicer amenities. Also quieter at night on that side. Lisa Foster has done an excellent job with the facility anfter taking over from her parents.We will return.<br/>

Myrtle Beach 2014 We had a blast! This was our second time here and will definitely come again. If we weren't on the beach, then we were sitting by the pool mingling with other vacationers. We met a lot of nice people from other states and countries. The property was well maintained and very clean. Can't wait to go back!!!<br/>

Great Get-A-Way! Great place to stay This was the first time for us to stay at the Anchorage. The property and condo is kept up so well. We also loved the location of the Anchorage as it was close to everything but you feel like you are on a private section of the beach. We will be coming back....hopefully sooner than later!

Fanastic Vacation Spot Our stay at the Anchorage resort was awesome. Made our stay in Myrtle Beach extra special. Clean, functional, and all the ammendities you need for a vacation. Our unit was fresh and well kept...making you feel you were at home. Location ideal as it is central to all restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Toughest decision was to determine home much time was to be spent between pool and beach. I definitely recommend Anchorage and would book here again in the future.

Our stay at the Anchorage resort was awesome. Made our stay in Myrtle Beach extra special. Clean, functional, and all the ammendities you need for a vacation. Our unit was fresh and well kept...making you feel you were at home. Location ideal as it is central to all restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Toughest decision was to determine home much time was to be spent between pool and beach. I definitely recommend Anchorage and would book here again in the future.

We have been staying at Anchorage II each year for the past 12 years or so. Every year has been wonderful. This year we were in a condo that faces the ocean and was very nice. Beautiful Spot!

We have stayed at Anchorage 11 for the past 11 years and return each year for the great time and accommodations. The management company is always available and takes great care to ensure everything we need is available. The area is beautiful and well maintaind. The beach is just a few steps away with a great view from every balcony. If you enjoy shopping or golf or shows - this is the place for you.

We have stayed at Anchorage 2 for many years. This is our first time in C11 and was very satisfied and will ask for it again. The only thing we have been a little disappointing in is the lack of a hot tube by the pool.The view is beautiful and the furniture in the rooms were very nice. We had to leave unexpectedly and the Fosters were excellent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Anchorage II. Our condo was lovely and the view was spectacular!! Our only regret is that we hadn't booked for 2 weeks. We would highly recommend the Anchorage II.

We have stayed at Anchorage 2 for many years now. We have stayed in C11 twice now and really like the view and location. The room is very nice and clean but could use a little more updating. My sister stayed in C07 on the south side of the complex. Same layout but much nicer amenities. Also quieter at night on that side. Lisa Foster has done an excellent job with the facility anfter taking over from her parents.We will return.<br/>
