Anchorage I Unit 105
This was our 2nd time staying at Anchorage and will definitely be going back again. This unit was perfect for our family of 5. The property description was dead on. We walked in to a nice, clean condo that is well kept. We have stayed in numerous rental condos and the pictures don't always match what you're getting. That is not the case here, but the pictures don't do this place justice. The master bedroom is very spacious with a huge bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunkbed plus a twin bed and there was still plenty of room in there. The pool was great to go after a day at the beach. I would definitely recommend this property. We are already looking at booking for fall break.

Anchorage
Our unit was clean and check in was a breeze. Location to the beach is fanstastic as well as to many local attractions. I would definitely stay here agin. My only complaint was that on the 2nd day the wifi stopped working and I had work and classwork to do. I called both numbers for the owner and never received a call back. After the 3rd day I called maintenance and they were able to connect us to wifi from another condo but it was very slow.

Last minute vacation
We decided 2 hours prior to booking this room that we should go to the beach. I took a chance on this one and I'm glad we did. We loved this room and it had almost everything one would need while staying there. The room coming with its own beach chairs was definitely a plus! Also for the most part the beach was barely populated there! We had an amazing time!

Awesone experience
My stay in the condo was perfect.<br/>Perfect location next to the beach. A lot of services next to the door. Excellent service. Everything was clean.<br/>Only one suggestion: why not providing services like toilet paper and clothe washer/dishwasher soap?

Great stay, as usual!!
The condo was very clean and well-maintained. The furniture looks recent and in good shape. The bed in the master bedroom was confortable. Everything was great, it was a very pleasant stay. We will return for sure!

awesome place to stay
We loved this place! It was very roomy, open and clean. While you can't view the ocean from the room itself, a few steps outside the door and you are there. Very modern kitchen. Loved the wall decorations. My only problem was that the mattress is very firm and I do better with a softer mattress.

RELAXING BUT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COULD BE BETTER
The condo is exactly as described -- gorgeous views, clean, you can sit on your patio and hear the beautiful sounds of the ocean crashing onto the beach. We were having a wonderful time until one afternoon. It was 4 p.m. and my children were swimming in pool, a member of property management firm asked the children to exit the pool as another child has vommitted in the pool SEVERAL HOURS EARLIER. Another guest stated that the call was put into anchorage property management around 11 AM that day - but the property management team didnt take care of the issue until 5 HOURS LATER! This is disguisting and a major health concern. This is a gorgeous property BUT whomever is manageing it needs to make sure that they are answering their phones and able to maintain the cleanliness of the property at all times.

Great place for families!
This property has a great location. We were a short drive from all major attractions, and only steps from the beach. We had some plumbing issues, and maintenance was very quick to respond. The property is very family friendly. Our condo had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The only improvements that could be made were aesthetic which in time I'm sure will be updated. The complex was having windows replaced during our stay and some siding. It did not disrupt our vacation and the workers were very courteous of guests. We will definitely stay with Anchorage in our future travels. Thanks for a wonderful experience!

Really spacious, comfortable, and clean

Are little girls birthday present
It was grate we came down there for are little girls birthday and<br/>She was very happy and had a grate time there. The condo we rented for a week was nice we would stay there again.

Vacation 2012
With a few small changes, this condo could be exceptional. The layout and square footage were great. The laundry room was wonderful. A few things that could be changed for improvement: new blinds in bedroom, new blankets and pillows, clean sofa, and discard expired items in kitchen cabinets

Enjoyed our Stay.
We enjoyed our stay at Anchorage I as usual but I was not crazy about the 2 bunk beds in the same room. Makes the room too crowded and is tough for adults. That might be the only thing that keeps me from renting there again.

Great Family Stay
This was a great place to enjoy a family vacation. The location was exactly what we were looking for, although it may be considered a little far from the central attractions, but walkable nonetheless, that is not why we were there though. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the family and a beach that is far from overcrowded. Rooms were nice and clean as well as all of the facilities available.

Can't wait to go back!!!
It had been 5 yrs since our family had been to the beach. I went online and found The Anchorage condos. Lisa was more than helpful in answering all my questions and accommodations. Once we arrived we couldn't believe how beautiful the condo was. Pictures don't do it justice!! My kids loved it and to me that is the most important!! We were extremely pleased and can't wait til next year!!!!!

Loved it! Will definitely be back!
We rented a 2 BR condo on the 1st floor. We looked directly out onto the pool. I was worried about noise from the pool, but it wasn't a problem. The beach was just a short walk away and parking was never a problem. We loved our location because it was more residential, but still close to everything we needed. The beach was never crowded and everyone was really nice. I will definitely be back!

the rental experience was excellent -- we would have preferred more sunshine, less rain and cool weather -- visit was for the month of March and temperatures most days in the 50-60 range with very few beach/pool days - I know this is not the fault of the vacation rental agency, but will impact whether or not we will return to Myrtle Beach next March.

Best Vacation Ever!
My husband and I and our three children recently traveled to Myrtle Beach and stayed at Anchorage 1 condos in A05. The condo was super spacious and clean and had everything we needed and more!! We had a lovely view and spent our days at the never crowded beach and wonderful pool ! We will definitely be going back! It was the best vacation ever!

Another Great Week @ Myrtle Beach!
Our condo was nice. Clean, nice view of the ocean even tho' we were on the !st floor. Stayed here before and it has been updated again. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this same condo again.

Perfect Stay
This was our first time staying at the Anchorage. The condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The Anchorage is located on a great part of the beach, very private and not congested. Would love to come back!!!

The PERFECT family getaway
I took a trip to Myrtle Beach with my wife and 3 kids (4, 3 & 1) and we couldn't have asked for a better place. Super convenient with the pool outside out rooms and the private beach as well. My kids loved it so much they were crying on the car ride back to the airport saying they wanted to go back to their "brown vacation house."<br/><br/>Condo's were very nice and clean and the people staying were all great! There is so much to do in the area as everything is so close by. <br/><br/>I would go back in a heartbeat and am thinking of making it a yearly trip.

Of spacious living area, this condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, flat screen TV in living room.
Complex:
The complex is centered around a lush tropical courtyard with a large outdoor pool and deck. The deck includes lounge chairs for you to enjoy a day around the pool. There are multiple out door grills located on each side of complex. In front of Anchorage I you will find an exercise trail, private walkway to the ocean and outdoor showers for our guest to enjoy. Elevators and handicap ramps are located on each side of the complex and are easily accessible. Ample parking is provided.
