Payment Methods

Credit card payments are not accepted. Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Cash, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival)

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 200 CAD per week booked. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 14 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit

No security/damage deposit is required.

Quiet Time Policy

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. Guest is asked to start the first load of laundry. The guest is expected to clean the BBQ. Extra charges could apply.

Parking is free.
