Property is near water.
Okanagan lake is a 3 minute walk from the property. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.
Manitaou beach is a 10 minute walk away, great kids park, family beach and baseball field, horseshoes and picnic area. Main dock is in front of the house, great for swimming, the teenagers love it, great view. Main boat launch is Manitaou, daily fee to use is 5 dollars or 40 dollars for the year. There are 3 boat accesses near the house. Not the best to launch boat but could tie up if you had an anchor.

Random power clean when guests are out are done when time allows. As is general yard work and watering.

I came to Naramata with a few girlfriends for a stagette and stayed in Kathy's house. It was perfect! The pictures don't do the house justice. This house is in the perfect location, right across from the lake and walking distance to everything in town. The rooms were simple and great. The kitchen had everything we needed and we really appreciated that it was stocked with spices and oil, etc. Kathy provided coffee and had it all ready to go for us. We spent all of our time on the deck and around the big bar table in the living/dining area. It was the perfect social set up. Kathy was eager to help with anything we needed. She was around more than we thought she would be but she wasn't intrusive. I highly recommend staying here.

3 bedroom 3 bathroom home across the street from Mill Bay, on Okanagan Lake. Enjoy the wonderful lake view deck, just steps from the beach. Living room. Large deck and lower deck, facing lake, boat access and terrific view. BBQ, lots of parking.

Close to all amenities most in walking distance. Heritage hotel, cobblestone wine bar and Heirloom spa, pub and restaurants and general store. All wineries are a short drive away. Several small beaches just a short walk away and 10 walk to main beach. 1.5 hours from Apex mountain and Penticton. Great mountain biking, quading and dirt biking and hiking with lots of amazing running and walking routes.

. This is a pet friendly home, however its your duty to do doggie duty, please be respectful and clean up after your dog !

This is a wonderful wedding venue for an intimate gathering, family reunion, couples get away, or small groups. There is always sleeping bag room for extra guests or children. ****For the 9th and 10th occupants the owners can set up spare beds in the lower room to accommodate everyone. ****

Complimentary sparkling Wine, coffee beans, teas and spices, olive oils and balsamic and what ever is in the kitchen is for the guest use.

All beds are new condition, and are vacuumed and deodorized on a regular bases. All mattress covers are laundered after each guest. The garage is a salon from which the owner works part time, with a self contained separate entrance of course. The basement is also self contained space for the owner,where personal belongings are kept, extra storage. Guests have access for emergecies. If the power goes out.

Respect and privacy for the guests during their holiday is most important. At certain times where more space is needed the salon opens up to another suite with a full bathroom and door connecting to main house as is basement. For large groups please inquire.Unfortunatly this is not always available.
