Ocean Terraces First Time in Bahamas. The security staff was a pure joy to have available! Not only did they keep us safe. But they jumped right in to help us with all kinds of questions and things to do and places to go so were really our concierge as well. The facilities very beautiful. The pool was very clean but could’ve been a little warmer temperature. penthouse 1 was nice. The area rugs in the master bath oand living area not clean. There was debris on the rugs and pieces of wrappers. I found items from the previous guest along the bed by the drapes as well as a lot of dust bunnies and the bathtub was not cleaned well by the tile. The rest of the place was immaculate. The kitchen is a little sparse as far as supplies. For the price we paid, I would’ve expected more supplies as far as rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and cleaning supplies. I would suggest that they put a electronic sensor on the patio doors so if they’re kept open they shut off the air conditioning automatically. My phone died right after we got there so I was unable to reach anybody from the property company which is why the security staff was so wonderful helping us especially Miss Ann and Miss Robinson. The twin beds into a king bed was not very comfortable in the one room but livable. The washer and dryer do not work well. We tried to wash towels and you could fit three towels in the machine even after the two hour drying cycle they were still damp. I hung them out in the living area and they dried overnight very quickly. The grill was very nice to have and worked excellently. The living room and patio furniture are very uncomfortable. We Could not all sit and watch TV or visit in the evening together comfortably, only five of us there. The chairs were not comfortable at all and unless you want I’ll pack on that couch it’s not very workable for a family. The parking was very nice. The workout room was great. ATV traffic is very loud on the road so not very quiet

3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, sleeps 8. Located in Nassau’s fashionable West End, just 10 minutes from the international airport, are the brand new Ocean Terraces luxury condominiums. Enter this stunning three-bedroom penthouse and you are greeted by a wall of glass with a 50 mile ocean view. To your left is a powder room and a fully equipped laundry room to your right. Just behind the powder room is a hallway housing a spacious pantry parallel to a storage area leading into the luxurious gourmet kitchen with Bosch appliances, Also cabinetry and a full bar and bar counter. Facing it is the ocean-view, dining and entertainment area with seating for 8.

Descend into the vast sunken great room with wall to wall glass and views of the sea. The living area is furnished with a contemporary sectional sleeper sofa by American Leather, and equipped with a sound system and a large flat-screen TV with cable. The dining area has seating for eight.

Step out onto your large three-terraced deck, finished in travertine and overlooking the ocean. The deck is furnished for both lounging and dining, and equipped with a gas grill. There is no better place to relax with a beverage or a book and enjoy the sea view or watch the sunset.

The penthouse’s dreamy master suite features a wall of glass that opens on to the deck overlooking the sea. Open the floor to ceiling drapes for a 50 mile ocean view, or close them and enjoy your privacy. The master suite is furnished with a king bed and a flat screen TV. It has a large, fully furnished sitting area with love seat and armchair. The state-of-the-art master bath features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, over-sized stand-alone tub, his and hers vanities, and luxurious Robel fixtures. There is a grand walk in closet space beyond it.

Guest bedroom one is furnished with a king bed and flat screen TV. It also has a luxurious full en suite bath. It has the same spectacular ocean view as the master suite, through a wall of glass. Step the through the sliding door onto your very own guest bedroom terrace.

Guest bedroom two features twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. It has a full en-suite bath, flat screen TV, and spacious closet space.

With the queen sofa bed in the living room, this three bedroom penthouse can sleep up to 8 guests.

Outside, enjoy Ocean Terraces’ stunning ocean-view pool, furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas. We also have a modern fitness center with weight machines, treadmills, and ellipticals.

If you want to sit on the beach or swim in the ocean, you need only cross the road in front of the property to find sand and sea. There are two small sandy beaches here, one just to the left of our entrance and another 100 yards to the right.

Other amenities within a short walk include the superb fine dining restaurant, Sapodilla, a two minute walk from the property, and the Caves Village shopping center, a 5 minute walk, with two more restaurants, a liquor store, a pharmacy, and more.

Exploring Nassau is easy from Ocean Terraces. The bus stops right outside our gates and will take you directly to downtown, the straw market, fish fry, nightclubs, casinos, Cable Beach, Goodman’s Bay for water sports, or over the bridge to Paradise Island and Atlantis. Grocery stores and many restaurants are within a short drive or bus ride. Taxis and rental cars are also available. Ocean Terraces is less than 10 minutes from Nassau international airport. We provide concierge services to help you feel at home and enjoy your stay in Nassau.
