Loon Reservation Service
Great location, rental was extremely clean and well equipped, and very close to restaurants, skiing, shops, etc.<br/>Highly recommend using Loon Reservation Service. They helped us find the right location and rental. Specifically, Linda and Susan were terrific to work with.

Condo in good location
the condo had a great location close to skiing, restaurants etc and a nice community setting. Although Very close to rt 93 where u can hear the traffic. The unit itself defiantly needed some TLC. closets were filled with linens and pillows thrown on the floor, broken doors and living room curtains hanging off the rods. Great view of the River out the back made it easy for our pup to be let out. Good supply of firewood was appreciated! However, the most horrific part of the unit was the noise from above. There must have been kids because the running and jumping was unreal. Starting at 5:45am with a huge bang, we never slept the 3 <br/>nights we were there. It was constant and would definitely hinder a return trip.

A Very Nice Property
Have only stayed at Deer Park once before. That stay was also the excellent.<br/>Thus time we found the condo clean and bright. Everything as described. The location, just a bit away from Loon, was quiet and convenient. We had no concerns with the property and thus did not need any customer service. <br/>All in all, a “10”.<br/>

Best condo
Deer park condo 192 is the only condo I will stay at. I have been going there for years, taking my children and now grandkids. If it’s not available we don’t go that year. The river rafting in the back yard, everything around that we like to do is close by, and the condo itself is perfect. My grandkids call it their second home.

Loved It!
We were so happy with D0192! The unit was clean and we enjoyed being on the first floor. My son brought his bike and enjoyed riding the nature trail surrounding the property. It's a full loop so I didn't need to worry about him getting lost. Check in/out was very easy as well. We look forward to returning in the future!!

Perfect weekend getaway!
From speaking with Susan over the phone and email and throughout our stay, the guest experience was perfect! This condo was great for our two small families, and ideal setting by the river. The accommodations were just right, well equipped, great shape and clean. Very family friendly and staff was friendly! We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Wonderful Family Vacation
This property suited our family very much. It was located within walking distance of the pond and recreational facilities. The house was in very good condition and it met all our needs. The house was centrally located to all the activities we wanted, Woodstock Brewery, Hobo Railroad, Santa's Village, Squam Lakes Science Center, etc.

Loon Mountain for the Games 2017
We stayed at Deer Park. We have been going to the games for about 25 years and our stay at the Deer Park location was the best yet. Comfy, clean , roomy, and a great outdoor area.

Awesome NH Experience!
We absolutely loved Deer Park 192! It exceeded our expectations. Immaculately clean, loved the wood floors throughout. AMAZING river view and loved how the deck opened to a nice grassy area where the kids could play. The resort itself was also beautiful. 192 was also close to the tennis courts, clubhouse and lake. The clubhouse with the pool was fun, clean, staff friendly. Workout room also great but really enjoyed the 1 mile loop around the resort. Peaceful and quiet. Close to lots of area attractions. Loon Reservation specialists were so helpful and always answered questions promptly. We would absolutely rent 192 again! We had a wonderful time! :)

AWESOME
This is the only Condo unit 192 that me and my family will stay in. We absolutely love it. The view and the river in the back is beautiful. My grandkids love it there. They call it their second home.

Beautiful Condo
Always beautiful This is our 2nd stay with Loon Reservations in different units. It is a perfect location. Close to the Lake, Club, and Tennis Courts. This unit was well maintained and had AC. I only have one recommendation and that is to get a new master bed. I have been coming up to Deer Park for 20 plus years and I highly recommend this location.

Great vacation home
I would highly recommend Deer Park Resort. The place was very clean. There are things for the kids to do there. The pool was really nice, and so was the man made beach. The place is close to everything. We will definitely be coming back next year.

A Wonderful Getaway

Very nice location, well kept & maintained, highly reccomended
We stayed at the facility from a Thursday noon until sign-out on Sunday morning. We have stayed at the facility twice previously when we attended the NH Highland Games and were familiar with the facility. We wanted to return due to the great experience we had previously. Deer park 192
Overall the unit was clean but the toilets had a smell like they weren't cleaned with cleaning products and the fridge had a musty smell. Also some of the fixtures were not maintained (eg master toilet moves, air conditioners were poorly installed). Staff at the reservation were awesome! Would go again because of them.

Great stay on the river!
192 was beautiful. I would recommended cleaning window sills full of spider webs, and the oven was still dirty when we arrived. A few pots and pans that have matching covers would be nice too. We didn't have any serving platters either, so it was a juggle serving friends. The toilet in the master bath is in need of a quick tightening and moves off the base when using. Some new bedspreads in the bedrooms would be nice too; the master bed was lovely, just needed a nice cover. The A/C units are clumsily installed, but we were so happy to have it! My biggest gripe is the small TV in the family room which by today's standards is from the dark ages. We all have large TV's at home so downsizing was not fun for us. Time to upgrade! :) Overall we loved the location and had a wonderful time. And of course, the folks at Loon were wonderful as always.Thanks and see you next year!

Update 7/2014 - The owner has brought matching pots, pans, and top, as well as installing a new TV, as large as can fit in the armoire in the living area. We've also repaired the "rock-n-roll" toilet.

A perfect spot to relax!
Although I live less than an hour away, I have, for the last few years stayed in Lincoln for the New Hampshire Highland Games for logistical reasons. I have stayed in several condos in town over the years, and I have to say I liked this one the most. It is a ground floor unit which was necessary as one of my traveling companions has mobility issues. The bonus here in being on the 1st floor is a walk-out deck with a 20 yard stroll to the river. After a long day at the games, it was great to walk down & let the water take the stress away. The amenities are great, the beds are comfortable and the service is excellent. What more can one want? Thanks for another great stay LRS...see you next year!

Great place!
First floor condo, clean and comfortable with a share backyard and river. We enjoyed spending time in the backyard, especially playing catch. The location is conveniently next door to tennis courts and walking distance to the indoor pool.

We had a great comfortable stay and enjoyed the Highland Games. The property and location were great because we were away from the hustle, but just a shuttle bus away! The scenery from the condo was great - mountains out one side and the beautiful stream out the other. And thanks to the Lord we had beautiful weather as well! Thanks for a great weekend. vacation time
We have stayed at D192 for quite a few years now and never had a problem. However, this year was a different story. The lock on the front door didnt work. The couch was so flat it was like sitting on the floor. The screen door needed to be replaced as well as the mattresses in the bedrooms (they have been used so much that they now have indents in them when you look at them). When you take a shower in the master bathroom, there seems to be what feels like a hole underneath the shower pan. Don't get me wrong, we have always loved this place. But it is time to upgrade the furniture (couch and mattresses) as well as put a little tlc into it. It deserves it. Its been used a lot and hopefully will continue to be. We had a great time and will come back to Deer Park. But I am not sure that we will use this unit again unless things are replaced.

Family yearly mini Vac.
I have gone to Deer Park for many years but for the last 3 years since we now have 3 grandchildren and have stayed in the same first flr unit we always have a great time and the children as soon as they walk in they remember and run around to find their bedrooms. We are renting again for next year. So for the ones that have not stayed in this location please you must try it, it is wonderful for adults especially for children and don't forget to use the swimming pool!!

Nice stay at Deer Park!
And, as always, Loon Reservation Service was very easy and friendly to deal with. I've been booking our annual stay with them for 5 years and it's always been an uncomplicated experience. Very responsive to inquiries about available units or just general questions I may have. <br/><br/>The only criticism I have about the unit we stayed in this year was that there was insufficient hot water and the heat didn't seem to be working. But, that has nothing to do with Loon Res. Service. It was a minor inconvenience and certainly did not spoil our stay.

loved it again
we stayed in the same condo 3 years ago. We think it is the best on because of its location with the pemi river in the backyard and close to the recreation center and lake with a view of the mountains. It's kitchen is well stocked-somethings better than my own! My only suggestions would be more towels and pillows per guest and then to be allowed to check in earlier in the day. When coming from out of town, and not be allowed to check in until 4pm, the car has to be unpacked, get settled, a trip to the grocery store and then making dinner....you are doing well if you are eating before 8:30pm. All in all we love it!

We have been staying at the same location for the last 5 years. We love it! but now that our family has grown we need to move to a bigger place such as a 4 or 5 bdrm. I wished they had that size at Deer Park because my grandkids love it there and so don't we. thank you for you help.<br/>Nancy Cormier

we stayed in the same condo 3 years ago. We think it is the best on because of its location with the pemi river in the backyard and close to the recreation center and lake with a view of the mountains. It's kitchen is well stocked-somethings better than my own! My only suggestions would be more towels and pillows per guest and then to be allowed to check in earlier in the day. When coming from out of town, and not be allowed to check in until 4pm, the car has to be unpacked, get settled, a trip to the grocery store and then making dinner....you are doing well if you are eating before 8:30pm. All in all we love it!

A great place! It is on the ground floor which is nice for the elderly. Plenty of room and priced right! Would love to stay there next year.

We had a great stay and a wonderful time. Everything was in good working order and plenty of supplies on hand were ready for us. We loved this place and it was a perfect vacation! I have gone to Deer Park for many years but for the last 3 years since we now have 3 grandchildren and have stayed in the same first flr unit we always have a great time and the children as soon as they walk in they remember and run around to find their bedrooms. We are renting again for next year. So for the ones that have not stayed in this location please you must try it, it is wonderful for adults especially for children and don't forget to use the swimming pool!!

We have stayed at D192 for quite a few years now and never had a problem. However, this year was a different story. The lock on the front door didnt work. The couch was so flat it was like sitting on the floor. The screen door needed to be replaced as well as the mattresses in the bedrooms (they have been used so much that they now have indents in them when you look at them). When you take a shower in the master bathroom, there seems to be what feels like a hole underneath the shower pan. Don't get me wrong, we have always loved this place. But it is time to upgrade the furniture (couch and mattresses) as well as put a little tlc into it. It deserves it. Its been used a lot and hopefully will continue to be. We had a great time and will come back to Deer Park. But I am not sure that we will use this unit again unless things are replaced.

We had a great comfortable stay and enjoyed the Highland Games. The property and location were great because we were away from the hustle, but just a shuttle bus away! The scenery from the condo was great - mountains out one side and the beautiful stream out the other. And thanks to the Lord we had beautiful weather as well! Thanks for a great weekend. We hope to come back.

We rented last year the unit above but enjoyed the first floor better since we had our kids and grandchildren which made it must easier to go out and play. Love the place!!

Three bedroom, two bath condominium located in Deer Park Resort. Sleeps six guests comfortably. Master bedroom with queen bed, TV/VCR/DVD and air conditioning. Second bedroom with two twin beds and TV/DVD. Third bedroom with queen bed, TV/VCR and air c. Enjoy the view from both sides of this nicely decorated three bedroom, two bath, first floor condominium. From the dining area view the tennis courts, recreation building and man-made pond with the mountains of Franconia Notch standing tall behind. The rear faces a lovely space of lawn and the river flowing by.All on one level this offers three bedrooms each with its own television and two full baths as well as a kitchen, dining and living area complete with wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning unit. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom a queen bedroom and air conditioning.
While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man-made swimming pond with sandy beach.
