Fantastic and Easy Ski Weekend! Staying at the condo in Alpine Village Resort was incredibly easy and had the perfect accommodations for a group of 9 people. We went to NH for a multi-day ski trip and had no issue at all with check in or check out. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space for board games, cooking and just hanging out. Would definitely rent here again!

Great for a large group I stayed here with a group of 10 for a skiing weekend. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the booking process. The house was conveniently located near Loon as well as the town of Lincoln, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and relax. The beds were a little rough for those of us who are light sleepers, but overall it was a great time and I would definitely recommend. Annual Bike weekend The condo was fine. The temp at check-in was over 80. Are conditioner was weak. Screen was missing from 3 flr beedroom windor making it hard to vent the heat withiut getting bugs inside. bed in corner double closest to the window slopes down and to the left. The carpet was cleaned in March, but there was also ceiling painting done recently, so that may have been the issue? Glad that you enjoyed your stay for the most part however.

Needs Work It was not bad the pace was easy to find and it is extremely roomy. However a bit outdated. There was No cable TV and this was a issue for the younger children. In addition it had no Internet which was in the documentation. We would have been happy to come and help resolve that. (Often it's a simple input switch.) Also, we wanted to let you know that the owner just had the townhouse interior painted.

perfect ski weekend Perfect spot nestled between Franconia Notch, Cannon and the Woodstock Brewery! We arrived late Friday evening and grabbing a nourishing bite at the brewery before arriving at the condo. We arrive to a warm and comfortable atmosphere where it was easy to settle in and rest up for skiing the following day. Clean, comfortable and convenient to so much, I will definitely consider the Alpine Village units when looking to rent in the area again!

My ski vacation_Dec 24-28_2011 This place is very clean, but there is no coat closet on first ploor, we had to put all coats on the sofa, this made us so inconvenience for staying four nights. We feel so crowded. The owner should put coat hunging thing there that we can hunging our coat there.

Ski/Drinks Weekend This place was exactly what we were looking for. We could walk to the places in town and the mountain was only 5 minutes away. Perfect location, already looking into booking for next year!

It wasn't worth the money!!!! The fire alarm went off at 6AM. It took us 1/2 hour to shut it down. It went off again and we had to disconnect it. The refrigerator door didn't close properly.Screens were missing and one was broken and left outside on the ground. The owner did some nice updates this spring, including new flooring and appliances. We've also spoken with the housekeeper, who has been doing a much nicer job. We're glad you enjoyed the location though!

great location, not very clean though next to many sights to see. Neighborhood nice. kitchen floor, toilets had rings in bowl. I had to mop just to use kitchen. the smoke alarm went off every time someone showered. Four bedroom townhouse at Alpine Village. Master bedroom with queen bed, second bedroom with two twin beds, third bedroom with two twin beds and fourth bedroom with four twin beds. Wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer.. Enter this Alpine Village townhouse to the open concept living room, dining and kitchen area with wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and TV with DVD/VCR. Also on this level is a three quarter bath. The second level of this townhouse hosts three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms each hold two twin beds. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, air conditioning and a small television. The top-most level of the townhouse holds a spacious sleeping area with four twin beds.
