All properties could be redecorated.

Terms and Conditions: All reservations are made based on availability and first come, first serve. The Property Manager requires a security deposit for all its luxury properties, and upon booking a reservation a credit card, bank wire or a mutually acceptable form of payment must be made to confirm the reservation. Upon check out, any security deposit given will be returned to Guest provided the property is in good standing and there are no damages to the premises.

Security Deposit:
Security/Damage deposit will be refunded within one week after departure unless there are additional incidental charges or damage to the property. Credit Card will be used to pay for any damages in excess of security deposit.

Refund Policy: If canceled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be refunded. If canceled later or in case of no-show, no refunds possible.

Deposit Policy: 100 percent of the total rental amount due at the time.

Cancellation: The Property Manager reserves the right to cancel, or refuse service to any Guest as it may deem necessary, and will refund any payment(s) made if applicable.
Housekeeping - Housekeeping is available on request and the rate is $75 per hour per hour for a minimum of 4 hours a day.

Check in & Check Out : Check in & Check out timings are vert strict. Check in time is after 4.00 pm and check out time is before 11.00 am. Early check in or a late check out is permitted on the basis of property availability.

Miscellaneous: The Property Manager will not be held liable to any Guest(s) for any matters that arise beyond its reasonable control. In addition, the Property Manager acknowledges to the best of its ability that the Guest(s) will not use any properties for any unlawful conduct, in any manner whatsoever, during their stay. Our goal is to make sure every Guest(s) are treated in the best possible manner, and provide the best hospitality and service during their stay at any of the luxury properties.

Please note: All confirmed reservations are for the use of the original guest(s) booked with the Property Manager. The Property Manager is not responsible for any maintenance issues that may occur during your stay with us but will be addressed as soon as possible with our maintenance department. The Property Manager will not be held responsible for any personal accidents, thefts, damage to the property that may interfere through the duration of your stay or climate changes that may interfere through the duration of your stay.

Perfect Central Park Apartment This is literally the perfect apartment. Is is a large, chic, comfortable apartment in an amazing location. The views of Central Park are breathtaking. We enjoyed the Macy's parade without having to stand in the cold at 6:30am. This was an experience of a lifetime.

Your private luxury condo has postcard-perfect and sensational views of Central Park and is situated in one of the most celebrated luxury buildings in all of New York. This spacious apartment is located in a prestigious building at the south border of Central Park.

As our guests enter the grand foyer of our three bedroom residence they have immediate central access to the master bedroom, dining room, Kitchen, and living room. In the master suite, guests will find a plush king-sized bed, a 40 in HD flat screen television, 2 sizable walk-in closets, and a private bathroom equipped with marble flooring and heat lamps.

Layout: The three bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms. In the master, sleep well in the king size bed and enjoy the added convenience of walk-in closets. The master bathroom features marble floors and heat lamps. The second bedroom can be configured as either a twin or queen size bedroom upon request, and includes an en-suite marble bathroom, an office bureau and a mini kitchenette. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The third bedroom is right next door to the two bedroom unit with a separate entry through the hallway and is not connected with the two bedroom unit.

The residence houses newly refurbished white oak hardwood floors that truly complement the architecture and furnishings. Large windows offer our guests an unparalleled panoramic view of picturesque Central Park and its lush green foliage, a sight that most do not have the privilege of observing. In addition to our enormous master suite, our spacious living room is a second option for comfortable sleeping arrangements, but don’t let the idea of an upscale pullout-sofa fool you. The guest(s) who decides to retire in the living room is awoken to the very best view in all of New York City.

Take a bite out of the Big Apple and appreciate all that New York has to offer – theatres, fine dining, music and shopping.
