Both homes have outdoor patios. NB360A, the front cottage, has a beachfront ocean view patio with lots of comfortable seating with umbrellas for shade - so you can just relax and enjoy the ocean breezes and sounds.. This compound is a combination of NB-306A “Tickled Pink” and NB-306B “Baby Blue”.
This description highlights the two properties which are on the same lot and can be rented together. If you have questions, please contact our Reservations Team for details.

NB-360B - the upper rear unit - also has a private ground floor patio with dining al fresco for 4, and a barbecue to make meal making easy after your day’s adventures. There is also an upper deck with high top table and 4 chairs for spectacular sunset views!

The front cottage is a clean, comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath, 1-story, 650 sq. ft. vintage pink cottage, right on Newport Beach and its boardwalk. The upper rear cottage is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath has the similar features except that obviously you must go upstairs to its entrance.

This compound would be ideal for perhaps a couple in the front cottage and another 2 couples in the rear cottage, or 2 small families as the front cottage has a queen bed off the great room and a queen sofa bed in the couch. The rear cottage has 2 queen beds, so in total this compound sleeps 8 in beds.

The living space has an open layout in each cottage with slider access to the patio or balcony, so indoor/outdoor living is easy.

Each living room has a comfortable seating cluster and a flat screen TV. Each home also has a kitchen with all the modern amenities you need to make meals and snacks for everyone. Each cottage also has a comfortable inside dining table for 4.

Both have compact, modern baths with a walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with a plentiful supply of premiere linens to always ensure your comfort.

Additional amenities in each cottage include WIFI and cable, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and a washer and dryer in the garage. A basic supply of paper and soap products are also included. There are 2 small parking space in the garage and additional street parking - please be mindful of days when they “sweep” the streets.

This charming, simple, but very adequate, beach cottage complex, will make a great home base to return to after your day’s adventures. And you may highly likely create precious memories that will last a lifetime, and maybe even decide to return and enjoy it again!

Newport Beach is a coveted vacation location along the Southern California coastline. It, and the surrounding Balboa Peninsula, have a huge variety of land and sea-based activities for you to enjoy.

Here you are about half-way between greater Los Angeles and San Diego areas, so it is easy to take a day trip to enjoy the many world-class attractions in this area.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:

Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.

This Compound sleeps 8 in beds with 3 queen beds and a queen sofa sleeper.

During the peak season there is a 7-day minimum and there is also a minimum primary renter age of 25.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
