Great stay for solo or couple getaway I rented the unit for a solo business trip, over the course of 4 days and it was perfect! Unit was very clean and had all necessities for a great stay. I rented the unit instead of hotel so I could cook and have some extra space and it did not disappoint. Location was perfect on the bay and I couldn’t recommend this particular unit and property management company more. Great communication and prompt to respond. Completely transparent process. Thank you for your hospitality and I will be renting again.

Can’t get much better than this! This cute beach house is second to none. I absolutely LOVE Balboa Island and staying here was icing on the cake! You can walk everywhere and this place was only a couple of blocks from the restaurants and shopping and the beach. Our 14 year old loved riding his skateboard to get hot chocolate in the morning. The house was VERY clean and we are so glad it has two bathrooms. I would highly recommend. Balboa Island Condo House was clean and came as advertised. Good for 2 couples who know each other, as privacy is not ideal. Not sure why bedroom above kitchen has floor to ceiling windows- so u can’t leave open as you are on display to all . So no view of water although unit is on water. Bikes would be a nice addition. Great rental on Balboa Island! This our first time staying on Balboa Island and we got lucky with this house. It was new, clean, and had good views of the water. There were two separate loft style bedrooms and one had it’s own bath. The home has enclosed garage parking which is a plus on the island. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Main Street with all the restaurants, cafe’s, and shops. The management group does an amazing job of communicating once you book the dates and the check in and out process was easy. I would highly recommend this home. Located on the beautiful North Bayfront in Newport Beach, California, this home is a great Balboa Island beachfront getaway. NEWLY remodeled two story back unit allows vacationers to enjoy Bayfront living at its finest. With a beautifully designed open-air layout, vacationers have found the perfect family or romantic home.

This home has two bedrooms, two baths, and full kitchen with floor to ceiling glass windows and picture-perfect views of the bay in the living room and bedroom. Please note both bedrooms are not completely private. Master is an open loft style to the living area. Back bedroom over the kitchen does not have a door at the top of the stairs. There is a one-car garage with a full size washer/dryer included in the space.

Vacationers can explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Avenue, or just enjoy the walkway around Balboa Island. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. Rent a bike, Jet Ski, stand up paddle board, or Duffy boat. Whale watching and deep-sea fishing trips are available daily. On the Balboa Peninsula our guests can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby at the Wedge or Newport Beach, check out the FUN ZONE which offers entertainment such as a merry-go-round and other attractions, and eat or drink at one of the many restaurants and bars.
