Description
The beach house is an incredible cottage in a perfect location. You will enjoy an unforgettable vacation in one of Oregon's premium whale watching sites. The interior is completely nautical and is completely equipped with all the conveniences for a great vacation. Inside there are beach views throughout the house, and it completely takes on a ship's theme lovely dark cedar ship lapped siding. It has a 54" ship's wheel and two lofts, one accessed via the ship ladder. There is a queen bed in the Captain's Quarters, a full bed in the Quarter deck loft and once accessing the ship ladder you will be in the Crow's Nest loft with one full and twin bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen & solid granite counter tops. We have a number of high end classic, pirate games, and quality poker chips in a case for family fun. We also have adapters for each type of game console ready to plug and play. But most important is that you will be staying at the most charming home on the Oregon Coast, and in the very best location that has a long, long sandy walking beach, with a view of the Yaquina Head lighthouse, and a Marine Garden's beach with tidepools and rocky cliffs right there, where sea lions often come to bask, and the Sea Gull and Otter Rock is off in the distance. You'll love nothing like it, ever again!

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less 1 nights rent) will be refunded.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 8 days during a stay.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 120.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
