A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due immediately.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

The house is in a very central location, close to Newport's busiest streets and is equiped with all commodities you may need for your stay. It is a big house, perfect for a family vacation.
The host is most kind and will help you with all he can to make your stay more pleasant.

Walk to all restaurants, movie theater, arcade, ice cream, etc. Starbucks is 300 yards away, waterfront is 400 yards away. Won't be confused with The Breakers anytime soon. But plenty of room, patio with Weber Grille, and roofdeck. 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. 3 levels.
