Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.

Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1000.00 CAD is due 30 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 15 days of departure.
Damage waiver form is signed before check-in.
Young & large groups may be subject to a larger security deposit..

Activities in the area include golfing (6 courses within an hour), fishing, sailing, boating, horseback riding, wind surfing, cliff jumping, hiking, ATV riding, dirt biking, and biking.
