The 2nd floor apartment is located in coastal town of Nocera Terinese and is approximately 20 minutes drive north of Lamezia Terme Airport. There is also train service in town of Lamezia Terme to all parts of Italy. Weekly flights from London Stansted Airport and many Italian Airports.

The town has many small bars and restaurants along with other amenities, a variety of shops, supermarket, post office, etc. There is a weekly market that offers a variety of typical regional products along with many other items. The towns of Campora San Giovanni and Amantea are a short drive away.

The apartment is on 2nd floor (there is lift) and benefits from an open plan lounge/diner with patio doors leading onto the balcony, a separate small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, one king bed and two single beds, bathroom with shower. The gated residence is conveniently positioned to explore the many traditional hilltop villages and dramatic scenery as well as taking advantage of the National park of La Sila, approximately 1 1/2 hour drive away. The resort town of Falerna is a 5 minute drive away where there are many restaurants, cafe bars, shops and beautiful beach area.
