Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 25 percent of the rent.
The booking deposit is due immediately if paying by credit card or within 10 days of the booking date if paying by certified cheque or money order
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 35 days prior to arrival.
Booking Cancellation Conditions
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
A Guest has up to 48 hours after the reservation is made to cancel without penalty. After 48 hours, then the reservation deposit is non-refundable. If a Guest cancels within 35 days of arrival and after full payment is made, there is no refund on the accommodation or unused portion of the vacation that has been prepaid (this can include any lift tickets, snowmobile tours, shuttles, etc).
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 600 CAD is due on arrival.
A credit card pre-authorization (equivalent to cash deposit) is taken.

This place was really great. Everything I could think of was part of this rental. We were so comfortable and the staff were very helpful! I appreciated the attention to details like coffee filters and washing detergent. We have 3 boys and they were all comfortable and able to have their own space. We thoroughly enjoyed every day! Great place, great ski hill. Can't wait to come back.

This property has a warm comfortable feel. With 1,240 square feet of space, it has plenty of room for all, offering three bedrooms with television sets and two bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings, wood cabinets, exposed beams, and a large rock fireplace give this condo a rustic charm.

Outside stairs lead up to a large balcony and to the front door, where there is a custom solid wood bench for removing your boots. Here also is the the barbeque, which has easy access to the kitchen, just through the main entrance.

High vaulted ceilings with exposed beams to the kitchen, dining and living area, and large windows give this condo a spacious feeling with great views. The rustic theme of the decorations and fixtures adds to the warmth of the living area which also features a rock face gas fire, a 50” flat screen TV, Blu Ray Player, CD Player and plenty of comfortable seating to relax in after a fun day on the slopes. A queen sized sofa bed is also available in the living area.

The modern kitchen features an open plan utilizing slate and wood and has all the equipment you will need including a drip coffee machine, cappuccino machine and blender. The dining table seats six easily and there are three breakfast stools at the breakfast bar. From here is access to the private balcony with hot tub, where magnificent views of the Monashee Mountains can be appreciated .

The master bedroom has a beautiful wooden bedroom suite, with queen bed. There is an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and separate powder room and walk-in closet and also has a 27” TV.

Bedroom two has single over double bunk-beds, a 24” TV with a DVD/VHS player and is a great room for the kids. It also has it’s own entrance into the main bathroom.

Bedroom three is the closest room to the living area has a queen bed and an armoire. There is a clock radio alarm and a table lamp on the bedside table.

Please note all bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body washes and toilet paper.

The laundry has a washing machine and dryer - laundry detergent is supplied. The ironing board and iron can be found in the laundry.

Parking is provided for two vehicles in the heated garage. Any excess vehicles must be parked at Happy Valley. The garage is an ideal place to store skis and boards, and a wooden bench is provided.

North Lodge Community Information

North Lodge Vacation Rental Community - Distances - There are several restaurants and pubs,a grocery and liquor store, deli, movie rental and gift shops located within a 10 minute walk.
