The Condo we rented was perfect. It was clean and on the beach. The view from the balcony overlooking the ocean was gorgeous. We are definitely planning to return to enjoy more walks on the beach.

Myrtle Beach Stay @ Crescent
Overall a good property and beach access. The property had gym, pool, hot tub etc and walkable distance to beach with a good view of the ocean.<br/><br/>We were disappointed to know that we had to carry the toilet paper, paper towels and dish washer detergent. When you are staying for close to a week and spending money, you would like the supplies to be enough to last rather than expect guests to carry. Also, the utensils were not enough to cook and I found them quite skimpy. This led me to provide less stars.

The Golden Girls retreat
We loved your facility. The view was extounding. We had a few suggestions. We were unsure why three of the mattresses were really loud- it was like a crunching, squeaky sound...pretty loud and annoying. We also found that the floor was dirty. The only other thing we suggest is that you tell folks if they need hangers they should bring some. Thanks for the fun time and we will probably utilize your facilities again.

Restful beach vacay
Enjoyed beautiful beachfront stay at Crescent Keys. Able to swim in ocean, large heated pool and relax in hot tub. Wonderful large balcony to taken in ocean views!

4th of July Family Vacation 2021
Wonderful experience. This unit had many extras such as chair and sand buckets for the beach, hair dryers in the bathrooms, etc. that the pent house condo, that we also rented, did not have.

Beach get a way
Overall was impressed for a family beach get-a-way. Beach access (and view of the ocean) was perfect, and lazy river and pool on the main floor were great. Pool on the 6th floor was out of commission. Near anything you may need or want (gas stations, grocery stories, quick stop places, tourist shops, and even several good parks). Our floors were dirty, so that was disappointing (meaning needed a good mopping) and the timer on the dryer didn't work - that's really our only complaint.

pros and cons
Pros- Location. Condo was clean. Elevator was quick. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was a perfect way to start the day.<br/>Cons- Going to the realty office to pick up the keys to check into the condo on a Sunday. The pools were cold. Bedrooms need updating- carpet stains and 1970's bedspread. Watch the dryer- doesn't seem to turn off and the lint trap looks like its been burned a few times. <br/>I think it would be important to know that there is no kitchen cleaner, only one trash bag per receptacle. We did not rent a car so we relied on Uber to grocery shop, would have been nice to have warning that these supplies are needed. The 2 beach chairs provided were rusty and stained.<br/>On our second day there a North Beach Realty representative came to check the locks without notifying us. He opened the door into the condo and seemed surprised to see us there. Then on the morning of checkout at 9:40am housekeeping entered without knocking. I reminded them check out was 10am. So on 2 occasions for men to enter into a condo rented by 3 women traveling alone is a huge issue for me. <br/>

1204 Oceanfront- Crescent Beach
This rental was very clean and well kept. The view was spectacular. We had a full moon while we were there and from out vantage point on the 12th floor, it was a spectacular sight. <br/>The kitchen was well furnished with pots, pans and utensils.<br/>The one issue we had was that the sliding glass doors to the balcony were VERY hard to open. We called the service department at North Beach Realty and they sent someone out within a couple of hours. The doors are very heavy and they were going to have to be cleaned, oiled and adjusted. They told us that they would have to take care of that after our time at the complex because it was going to take some time and they did not know how much work would have to be done to get them corrected. I hope the next person that rents posts if the doors were fixed.<br/>There were plenty of restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the show we went to, "Murder at the Cotton Club" at The Aster Theater. We also had a great time at "Broadway at the Beach". We attended a dueling piano performance at the The Crocodile Rock, which was lots of fun.<br/>Overall we had a great experience.

Cresent Keys 1204
Have stayed at Cresent Keyes many times. The condo was good. Mattresses need replaced as are very bad. The slider windows have vertical blinds They had strips missing, would not close properly so bright sun early morning. Terrible! Need to replace with curtains with room darkening. The condo definitely needs a deep cleaning. Have updated electronics but needs some furniture upgrades in great room. Would rent again if above were addressed

Crescent Keys 1204
Overall the unit worked very well for our group of 6. Minor issues such as the Air Conditioner not working when we arrived (was quickly fixed), the patio light not working, skimpy bath towels and a need for a programmable coffee maker were the only issues we noted. As with our past experience, Victoria from North Beach Realty made everything work smoothly for us. Highly recommended.

Labor Day Weekend
We had a great stay at the condo. We had two families with 5 kids and it worked perfect. The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes and utensils we needed for cooking meals there. The view from the balcony, with plenty of room to sit outside, was beautiful. Very easy access to the beach and it wasn't crowded. We loved the outdoor pool, lazy river, and the multiple hot tubs. The location is very central to eating, mini-golf, and great ice cream. Management was quick to respond to questions too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great 4th stay
The rental had everything we needed. Even brought more towels the first day without asking. It was ideal for kids with the pool and beach right there. If you want a fantastic, memorable Fourth of July the beach in front of the building or the balacony was the best, <br/>The showers were a little cold but for most part very enjoyable stay

Relaxing Family Time
It was a get away to get back to what a family does. Relax and being in each other’s lives. This was a fantastic time to do just that at an enjoyable place to do it. Adults and children enjoyed the accommodations and easy access to the beach.

Great place
Our family had a wonderful time staying here. It was quiet. The condo was secured from just anyone walking in. There was a couple of maintenance issues but nothing that couldn’t be fixed and nothing that made our stay uncomfortable. Loved the ocean view and the balcony was big and spacious with plenty of seating. The kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river even though the water was cold.

Nice place
We stayed here over the Thanksgiving holidays; Family of 6 including my mother and granddaughter. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Welcome pack of soap and shampoo were in each bath. Nicely furnished den and dining room. Looks better than pictures. We were able to make a complete Thanksgiving dinner in the nicely stocked kitchen.<br/>Building felt secure with cameras and a key is required to enter building. Outdoor Pool area looks nice and we were able to take advantage of indoor pool. Plenty of parking available.<br/>

Great Time!
We had a great time and our rental experience was very good. We had never rented a condo before and the realty company was easy to work with and very friendly. We will definitely use this company again. We wish the lazy rivers and hot tubs would have been working, but it was a tremendous time for my family.

The location was great and the family had a wonderful time! The unit was very nice it just needed a few improvements. The furniture on the balcony was old and in need of repair or replacement and the glass door was difficult to operate even after a repair man adjusted it. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

False Advertising!!!!!!
The condo was alright besides being way over priced.<br/>The big problem was with the advertising. It stated that the condo had "High Speed Internet". The condo does not have any internet access at all. After questioning the rental company about it they said the building had free open wifi. This was wrong also, it did not. We own a business and must be able to conduct business while away. Since we could not get online we had to pay an employee to do our work the whole time we were on vacation. I know this sounds good (no work while on vacation) but when you have to pay for overtime out of your own pocket its not so great.<br/>I wish I could say the internet was the only problem but it wasn't. The essentials were overlooked. When we checked into the condo we noticed that all 3 bathrooms only had about a half roll of toilet paper. We figured there was more in a cabinet so we didn't think about it until we ran out. Of course there was no other toilet paper to be found anywhere in the condo. We had to go and buy our own. It doesn't stop there. We also found that we only had one trash bag for each trash can. We ended up having to go to walmart and buy our own toilet paper and trash bags. You would think for over $500 a night after bs fees and taxes that you would at least get the essentials. Even Motel 6 gives you extra toilet paper and for a fraction of the price.<br/>We rent vacation condos, homes and cabins many times every year. We have never been so mislead and deprived of essentials as were here.<br/>Overall we were very disappointed with the rental company and our stay. We would not recommend this rental to anyone.

A great experience !! The unit and the management team , met and exceeded our needs . We had an issue with our door handle which the maintenance team handled very promptly and efficiently.<br/>The unit and its location are top quality and in my 40+ years of visiting the Beach rank at the top of our experiences.

Great unit
We had a lovely time in mid April for 6 days. Every thing we needed was provided. Had plenty of linens and towels. Unit was very clean. Everything was in good shape. View was wonderful.

Our condo was nice and the views amazing! The kids loved the lazy river and pool. The beach and pool were so close it allowed us to go back and forth with ease. This was one of our favorite beach vacations. <br/><br/>The only negatives is the kitchen in our unit did not have dish towels so we were forced to use paper towels and bathroom linens. Also, the water for baths and showers would not always get hot or even warm.
