Excellent place and location
We were lucky enough to get this place after the one we rented at Barefoot had a minor flood issue. We were pleasantly surprised with this unit. We have a group of 4 golfers that have been coming to MB since 1996.

Wonderful memories made!
The unit we had was beautiful and we want to book the same unit next year. Beautiful view and very clean. Decorated very nice. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

Rough start turned great
We got off to a bumpy start because the family before us sneakily kept using the room and the pool when their stay was over. We walked in and caught one of them in our room. The place was a mess with spilled drinks including alcohol left out, empty containers everywhere, dirty dishes on stove and in dishwasher. We called management and they quickly sent a team of five to clean and restore the room. They went above and made things right!! Rooms were great and our stay was pleasant the rest of the time!! Victoria and group were great to work with in our beginning problem. Would stay with them again.

Great for Beach & Pool Access
Just a few things to note. The ice maker was not working correctly. NBR came by and checked it said, they would have to reach out to Samsung to get it fixed. The vent covers need to be cleaned/painted or replaced. The door to the furnace needs to be cleaned wiped down. The shower curtain in the hall bath needs to be replaced it is moldy. Overall we were happy with everything else.

Great family vacation
This was our second time staying in this condo. We were a group of 9, and the condo met all our needs. Plenty of space for all of us, clean, and we'll stocked. We love the quieter location, but it was still very accessible to all the major attractions. North Beach Rentals was very easy to work with. Hoping at some point to return for a third visit!

Family Vacation (4 states coming together)
We had a wonderful time. Perfect location!! We are wanting to come back next year.<br/>There were only a couple of minor things but none really bothered our stay. <br/>Glass stove top was broken but still worked fine. The room with two beds could use new mattresses (hard).<br/>I sent over a couple small things & first thing in the morning they took care of the items.

Sea girls at windy hill, north myrtle beach,sc
Our trip was wonderful start to finish. First the flight was great, drive to house was short and the realty co. Was fabulous. The condo was clean, easy to find and bigger than I thought it would be. We had 5 woman traveling this year and we all loved it. Right on the beach with tons of things to do within a few miles. I would recommend this vacation stay to anyone. Loved loved loved it. We were very sad to leave. We will definately be back.

It was great. A very quiet condo. Xifnt hesr any other condo noise or doors slam etc. Wr did hear the kids st the pool below but enjoyed the laughter and fun they were having. We would absolutely rent this condo again.great time

Thanksgiving Getaway
The Windy Hill Dunes Oceanfront Condo is the best beach experience that my family and I have experienced thus far. The furniture, amenities, and cleanliness was top notch and the location is very close to a lot of attractions.

Windy Hill Dunes - Dream Location and Space
Windy Hill Dunes 101 was a great choice for our family of 8. Plenty of space for everyone and the condo is beautifully decorated. The view is beautiful of the ocean. Would definitely choose this condo again.

Breathtaking and beautiful
The vacation rental was beautiful I do believe that a few of the workers were racist for a fact the pool attending Stephanie whenever anyone from our group was down at the pool any and everything we did was wrong she was rude she talked about us to other people and they would tell us she even one day admitting to being wrong overall I would love to stay in the vacation rental again although they denied us late check out but the condo was available hours later only because someone in our group still had there spot and we hung out there only to find out Our condo was in clean till 6 PM thought it was still available for us to pay for a late check up so I myself believe that the company is the racist as well From the moment I get up there and fill the moment I checked out a lot of the workers were very disrespectful but we make the best of it and ignored it But I am myself just like any other person in there I pay 1700 for four days

Fun Family Vacation
Our family rented Windy Hill Dunes 101 the first week in August, 2017. The entire rental process through North Beach Realty went very smoothly from start to finish. There was plenty of room for our 3 families to have time together, as well as personal time. We arrived to find the condo clean, well maintained, and very nicely furnished. We only ate in for breakfast and lunch, but the kitchen had plenty of dishes, appliances, and utensils. The pool area was nice, and the kids loved the lazy river. We enjoyed the Pirate Show, "One" at The Alabama Theater, and many good restaurants. We did manage to get some beach time nearly every day and were happy to find the extra chairs and umbrellas that were at the condo for our use. Though we wish the weather would have been a bit more cooperative, we appreciated having the beautiful condo to enjoy while waiting for the sun to shine.

3rd girls Myrtle Beach reunion
I spent a month looking for the perfect place for me and my 6 girlfriends for a Myrtle Beach reunion. Finding this condo at Wendy Hill Dunes was the perfect place. The decor was beautiful and so Beachy feeling. There was plenty of room for all of us. There was nothing better than all 7 of us being able to sit on the balcony each morning and watch the sun rise. The pool and beach were a few steps away. Everything we needed was there. Barefoot Landing was very close with many restaurants and shops. We will be returning next year.

FLORENCE- HATE THAT NAME!
Unfortunately because of the impending hurricane, we were forced to cut our vacation short...sad, so sad. It was beautiful when we were forced to leave, but safety first. We pray that all of our favorite people and favorite places in North Myrtle Beach stay safe so we can come back and visit soon..Our unit was very nice..maybe only tiny complaint would be that the kitchen is not very well stocked. Other than that, we enjoyed ALL THREE DAYS that we got to spend. Stay safe, and we look forward to coming back next year.

WHD101
The room had some cleanliness issues. There was a leak in one of the bathrooms under a sink and some of the paint was peeling off the ceiling of the bathrooms and on the walls of them. One night was very windy and as a result of this a leak appeared in the ceiling of the unit. I did ask for a monitary compensation and did get 10 percent back. The master bathroom was very nice and looked newly renovated. The rug by the slider also got wet and the track was very dirty. After talking with North Neach Reality they said the owner of the unit was coming in after I left to do some renovations. Overall the vacation was fun but I think the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit was sub par.

Family vacation
The rental process was very efficient. The condo was exactly was described and convenient to restaurants and activities. All problems called into North Beach Realty were promptly responded to and fixed. Entire family loved the condo and it’s accessibility to the beach.

Wonderful week in a beautiful place!
Gorgeous, spotless, and welcoming is how I would describe where we stayed. We couldn’t have found a better condo for my family. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I hope we can stay there again some day.

Perfect!!
"I stayed here with my husband and 6 of our closest friends. This place was absolutely perfect. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for 8 of us. Loading and unloading were also a breeze. They have grocery carts and luggage carts to help you get your stuff in and out. This was definitely an added bonus. We took our bikes and took morning rides to breakfast at The Kitchen Table. The location was perfect for this. We could have easily crossed at the intersection on bikes and headed straight to Barefoot Landing as well. <br/>We have decided we want to use this same location every year. We finally found the perfect spot!"

Great location
This place is in an awesome location in North Myrtle. Easy parking deck across street that has a walkway connecting on third floor. The unit has plenty of room. Overall clean- however I do feel it’s time for a deep clean! Like baseboards, inside cabinets, etc. Also a lot of the lightbulbs were burned out. Other than that this place was great! Would definitely recommend!

Girls reunion

Windy Hill Dunes 101 -Memorial Day Weekend
Myself and family were very pleased with the unit, It had all the amenities needed and more. The only thing I would like to see is parking for motorcycles as I take my bike on a lot of trips it was a inconvenience to find bike parking.

Windy Hill Dunes First Floor
Rental experience was great, North Beach Realty was easy and friendly to work with. Condo was nicely furnished and provided a great "beach" atmosphere with lovely furnishings. One downfall, however, is the railings on balcony were obnoxiously giant, making you feel like you were in a "cage" and blocking the view. Not sure why they built them so over-the-top. Also, make sure you bring extra dish soap, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel, extras provided. Otherwise well-appointed condo. I would not recommend this unit simply because of the railings and less-than-optimal view/balcony, I would recommend same area but different condo complex.

10 Days in Paradise
We absolutely loved our unit at Windy Hill Dunes! We will definitely try to stay there, again, next year. The unit was beautifully decorated, the rooms were large and comfortable. The unit was very clean and relaxing, like we were in our own home. We can't wait to come again!

Wonderful Vacation!
We had a great time in this condo. Upon arrival, everything was very clean and the unit was updated. The unit is on the first floor so it was convenient to the stairs and you still had a clear view of the ocean. The only downsides to staying here was the parking garage was tight. My car ended up getting hit while parked over there. Also, the pools were small and crowded. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying here. We plan on staying here again :)

WH101 Home away from Home
Simply perfect was our stay at WH101! <br/>From the spacious, excellently decored rooms that were clean and inviting to the open beach area, back to pool side.... it was a fabulous location for our family of 10. With 7 adults, between our 3 daughters families, and 3 grands, it satisfied our every need and want. We plan on doing the 4 bedroom condo for our next year vacation plans again! Thanks for making our stay memorable in 2017 @ North Myrtle Beach.
