Ocean view 3 bedrooms The apartment was right on the ocean with a view of the beach from the living room. It had a balcony and parking with a full kitchen so it met all our needs quite well. The rug and couches were not as clean as I would have liked. The maintenance man was prompt and helpful in fixing a toilet and getting the TV/internet set up. Overall a nice stay. We loved being right on the beach and there were lots of great restaurants.

Great stay minus the air Everything was nice and enjoyed the location however we didn’t have air conditioning the entire stay and was told we would be reimbursed but never got anything or heard back.

Beach Club III 2C - Oceanfront - Windy Hill Section Location was great. Condo was dated and needed some updating. Wallpaper was loose, masterbedroom and 1 spare bedroom door knobs were stuck so we had trouble getting out of our rooms. My daughter was stuck in her bedroom. no batteries in fire alarm so it kept going off, we removed it from the wall. Housekeeping was not detailed, there was dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor and the kitchen was not as clean as it could be. There was debris in the washing machine, so I had to clean that out before I washed. the Kitchen is so packed with dishes and utensils (disorganized) that there was no room for our Kitchen stuff that we brought. I told the front desk about the doorknobs and the handle on the sliding door (it was completely off) but told them to please fix when we checked out. We came back from an outing and someone was IN OUR CONDO without our authorization (fixed sliding door handle). They didn't even call to let us know they were on the way so we could ask them NOT to come. Also, there were directions to the overflow garage but not to the actual condo. We found it but there was some confusion as it is not directly across the street.

Locked in My Bedroom I spent the first morning locked in the bedroom. James, the emergency maintenance man rescued me! The property is not updated which didn't matter to us. BUT it certainly needs to be maintained for our use.<br/>

Great Location Great Location, Ocean front, easy parking. Large pool. <br/>Everything was great in the condo except two items, The master bedroom Bed is an old air bed, and extremely uncomfortable. The water heater temperature needs to be adjusted to standard 120 deg. Everything else was good.

Pastel Paradise Very fun, retro decorated condo! Perfect location and very clean. While the rest of the beach was crowded the space in front of the building was fantastically uncrowded in a time of anxiety.

Would stay again but needs better management Overall, Beach Club III 2C was a very pleasant stay. You can't beat the ocean front location and the convenience to get to the beach. The grounds, elevators were well maintained with sanitizer stations and hands free door opening in the vestibule. <br/><br/>The unit itself is in serious need of updating, but more than that, easy maintenance that falls squarely on the management company and we couldn't believe it hadn't been brought up by previous guests. The door knobs on 2 of the bedrooms are not , if you shut the door, you are effectively locked in or out. My 12 year old daughter was trapped in her room multiple times during a 3 day stay! The sliding glass door handle to the balcony came off in my hand because the screws were so loose. There's literally duct tape holding the microwave together. Master bathroom wallpaper is peeling off and the bedding (bedspreads) looks and feels like it came from a cheap motel. <br/><br/>On the positive side, the unit is very spacious, had tons of games on hand and we enjoyed several home cooked meals there. We would definitely stay here again, but hopefully North Beach Realty can be more proactive about noticing the details that need attention. I'd be very unhappy if I was the unit owner and paying them to keep it up to my standards.
