Great stay at the beach! We rented this condo for a week in July 2022. Overall a great clean place to stay tight across the beach. The building has a pool and lazy river which is great for sunny afternoons when the beach is too hot. The condo was completely equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again!

Great Unit, Terrible Facilities The Good: The unit is well kept and decorated beautifully with a beach theme throughout. Anything you could ever need for kitchen utensils, appliances is here. You can tell the owner takes pride in their condo! There is a composite beach walk out with showers to rinse with. The pool deck is nice and offers a split sun and shade option. <br/>The bad: The lazy river was green and missing tiles and chipped tiles throughout. The indoor pool was empty and on our 3rd day there was being jackhammered up. There is no front desk, all units are individually owned and rented through the private owner or the owners agent, this is bad in the even you need to ask a question or misplace something and want to inquire if it was turned in. Also the "staff" you encounter do not work for the facilities, but rather the individual unit owners agent staffing; I mention this as they are less than friendly. There are 4 elevator lobbies and only one had Air conditioning, all others were oppressively hot and you soaked in sweat waiting for the elevator; there was 0 air circulation! Our in-laws stayed in another unit and it was gross and smelled of urine and decorated with mismatch furniture- we definitely lucked out with our room! I would not return to the Bahama Sands for the bad items I mentioned, we have stayed in NMB the last 15 summers and the facilities are sub par and this building should not label itself as Luxury anything. 1008 is a beautiful condo, but the building itself left alot to be desired.

Beautiful and Relaxing Time Away This was a beautifully decorated rental that was perfect for our stay. My favorite part was sitting out on the deck eating breakfast and watching the dolphins swim in the distance. It was wonderful!

Beautiful condo, awesome beach and well kept up property The condo was beautiful and the property was well kept up. The condo was dirty and got a quick clean before we arrived. Feet were black because floors had not been washed. Not within walking distances of except two restaurants which was a bummer so a car was needed to go everywhere. Beach and waves were awesome and the beach is so clean and well kept up. We rented chairs for the week and an umbrella which was easy as they set them up every day. You need to bring your own beach towels and buy basic supplies like TP, paper towels and zero cleaning supplies were given. You couldn't even wash the counter. Overall it was a great property and my family was spread out but needs a good cleaning- floors and woodwork.

2022 Myrtle beach Very very nice. Condo was clean and comfortable. Decorations were beautiful. Ample room. Nice kitchen. All in all a wonderful vacation!

Great vacation home! The unit was clean and spacious with an amazing ocean view. My grandchildren loved the pools. The beach was just steps from the pool and wasn&#x2019;t crowded at all. We would definitely recommend this unit and would stay again.

Family Getaway Great location and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Condo was clean and had fabulous views. It&#x2019;s close to North Beach Reality making check-in/check-out easy.

Breathtaking View The view was amazing and was the highlight of the condo. For the most part it's a comfortable space with a well stocked kitchen. The check-in process was a bit antiquated and chaotic, and the elevators in the building are SLOW. The pool area is ok. It's literally underneath the building, and though you can still see the outside it felt dark and isolated. But, I guess if it's raining that would be a plus. There are minor fixes throughout the condo that need attention, but nothing that truly interfered with our stay. The condo is in need of updating. The location of the condo is nice. It's away from the madness of the touristy Myrtle Beach, but close enough to go to if that's what you're looking to do. Lots of good eats and activities. For a strictly non=smoking property there was lots of smoking off balconies that just lingered on our balcony and that was a huge disappointment. All in all, it was the view that made our stay.

Terrible, Disrespectful, Rude and Unprofessional North Beach Reality (NMB location) is the worst property management organization I have ever experienced. "Manager" and "Owner" should be ashamed of how they treat paying customers. Issues were brought to their attention and they blatantly disregarded and never addressed upon checkout. Rental condo had ROACHES and some other cleanliness concerns. These issues could have been addressed but the immature and unprofessional behavior by the management office was unacceptable! I feel sorry for the actual condo owner who is represented by this office. It makes them look bad and renters should be advised to look elsewhere. Response from North Beach Realty LLC; Thursday, August 5, 2021 Guest was here for 1 week. At no point during their stay did they report any issues to our office. Upon check out, the guest brought in a hand written note with a list of inconveniences they say they experienced during their stay. The list consisted of 2 lightbulbs had burned out in the master bathroom (there are 7 lights total), the remote to the living room tv had quit working on the 5th day of their stay, the kitchen faucet seemed to take longer than other faucets to receive hot water and that they had seen a few roaches throughout their stay. We apologized for the inconvenience and told them we would get them addressed right away. We also told the guest that we wished they would have reported these issues sooner so that we could have had them addressed immediately. At that point, the guest started to get rude with the manager and stated that he shouldn't have to report these issues for the price he paid. The manager once again apologized for the inconvenience and tried to rectify the situation. She also explained that because this is the south and its hot and humid here, bugs are common in our area during the summer months. That is why the entire building and each individual unit is professionally treated on a monthly basis by a licensed pest control company. We explained to the guest that had they reported the issue to us sooner, we could have had pest control come out to retreat the unit. We could have also addressed their other complaints as well so that they wouldn't have been inconvenienced for the length of their stay. The man continued to be rude and and once he raised his voice, the owner of the company stepped in and asked him to leave. The man continued to cause a scene in our lobby, yelling at the manager and owner of the company, until the owner of the company told him to get out.

Bahama Sands - Myrtle Beach The condo was beautiful and in a great location. We were a bit disappointed in the lack of of items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Past VRBO's we have stayed at have supplied these item, so we were surprised at the lack of them. Also, the floor needed a good cleaning - white socks became very black with just one walk thru. All in all we loved the property and would definitely book again!
