Terms And Conditions

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 100 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 60 or more days prior to arrival, all payments are refunded.

Quiet Time Policy

The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 07:00 AM

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Children Policies

Property is not suitable for persons under the age of 5. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Group & Min. Age Policies

There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 21 years or older.

Check IN: 04:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM

Payment Methods

No fees are charged for credit card processing. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Email Money Transfer

Payment Balance

Full payment is due at booking time.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 CAD is due immediately. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. A minimum "Fine" of 300.00 will apply if evidence of a pet is found in the property. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Cleaning on Departure

A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 75.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.

Cleaning During Stay

There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Linen

Linen is included in the rent

Internet Service & Fee

Internet is included in the rent

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long distance calls are free to USA & Canada.

Hot Tub Service & Fee

Hot tub heating is included in the rent.
