This newly renovated Ocean Dream Properties Studio located at 101 Kite Drive on the 2nd floor Building overlooking a large pool and garden less than 40 meters from the beach. Entry is through a garden walkway and a spiral metal staircase to large and light complete with open-plan kitchen and luxury Queen size bed. This Studio has a spacious high ceiling and to keep things comfortable the apartment has full automatic air conditioning and 2 ceiling fans. This is a studio with all the amenities: WiFi Internet, Cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped including, Coffee maker, Cooking utensils, Stove-top burners, Tableware, Toaster, fridge and cleaning products to get you started. The apartment is constructed of the highest quality materials and features ceramic floor tiles and high end fixtures. All furniture was tastefully designed and created to accent this beautiful apartment.

Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. PayPal, Direct Bank Deposit, Cash
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 500 USD. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit of 900 USD. Payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 120 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 900 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 02:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 11 pm. Keyless entry code is supplied by owner prior to arrival.
Quiet Time Policy
The quiet time is from 10:00 PM To 09:00 AM
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
