Check-In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access

Check IN: 3:00 PM Check OUT: 11:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.

Quiet Time Policy

There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to respect all neighbors.

Children of all ages are welcome.

Payment Balance

The balance of payment is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 150 USD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Methods

For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 2.90 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Diners Club, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Discover Card, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees

Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.

Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 USD is due 30 days before arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure. If there is no damage to the property, content, unpaid bar bill or phone bill, your deposit will be returned promptly within 3 days of departure

Airport Transfer Services & Fees

A fee is charged for Airport Transfer Services One-time fee of 240.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants. A guest must request this optional service. Third party transfer services are available. Fees are based on a two-way trip per person. A van for larger groups is available for a daily fee.

Pool Heat Policy & Fees

Extra night charges are prorated using the weekly rate.

Telephone Fee

Phone use is included in the rent. Local calls are free. Outbound long-distance calls are free to USA & Canada. The guest's mobile phone is available for rent.

Air Conditioning & Fees

A guest must request this optional service. All bedrooms with AC and Ceiling fans are included in your rate.

Cleaning During Stay

Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 1 day during a stay. The villa includes Cook/Manager, Housekeeper, Butler, and pool/grounds person. You are welcome if you wish to go to the various markets with your cook. Otherwise, review with her your tastes and distastes and she'll handle it all while you stay at the villa and relax. Your cook will present receipts after shopping, which you an use to reconcile your account.
