Property is NOT waterfront or within 30 minute drive of a lake, ocean or river.
There are many lakes in Mont Tremblant area, there is a small lake just 5 minutes walk away in Mont Tremblant Village that freezes during the winter and is available for you to skate on. During the summer the lakes in the area can be used for swimming, fishing and boating/sailing etc. For the aviators there is even the chance to do some float plane flying.
Ski/Board Out is a 20 minute walk from the property
It is just a 5 minute drive to the slopes. A regular shuttle bus which is just a 2 minute walk from the condo also runs to the slopes.
