Gourmet kitchen with gas stove and all the quality amenities you need. Gorgeous permaculture yard with green house and plenty of greens - veggies. Ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon. This is a desert so very little rain or snow in the valley. Large driveway has room for RV or boat. House is perfectly located so you can walk to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, bakery, coffee shops, boutiques, drugstore, hair dresser, canal hike and bike trail, and the library.

Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 03:00 PM Check OUT: 12:00 PM Because there is key-less access, you can arrive as late as you wish. Keyless entry code is provided after full payment.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the property is re-rented.
Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.75 percent surcharge. PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Amex, Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Security or Damage Deposit
A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
No children allowed under 18 years old.
Group & Min. Age Policies
There are group or minimum age requirements. Adult guests must be 25 years or older.
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are allowed. Pets allowed:Any Pet A security deposit of 1,000.00 CAD is not included in any calculations for the 'Total Rent' or 'Booking Notice'. Deposit applicability: Any number of pets. A guest must request this optional service. You will be able to discuss your pet with owner before completing your booking with them.. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 150.00 CAD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.
