Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel anytime, payments (less a 500 CAD administration fee) are refunded if the property is re-rented.

Payment Balance

Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required. The amount of damage deposit depends on the time of year. During peak season, it would be $2000 however for off-peak, it would be 1/2 of a month's rent. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 3 days of departure.
