Payment Methods
Credit card payments are not accepted. Direct Bank Deposit
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 1 days of departure.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 01:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests.
