Spend your Beach Vacation in an upscale 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in one of the premier rental complexes in Orange Beach. Great views of the Gulf and beach from living room! This unit is extremely spacious with 1,330 sf & large open living area. A HUGE balcony furnishes space and privacy. The kitchen is equipped to cook your favorite meal with everything you may need including a large refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops, separate wet bar with it's own sink and built in ice maker. Each of the extra large bedrooms have their own private bath. Features include nine foot ceilings, crown molding, tile, separate large utility room and convenient half bath. The Master Suite (with it's own private balcony access) has a King bed, and separate spa-like bath with double sinks and a vanity (with make-up seating), jacuzzi, spa/garden tub, large separate shower and separate huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom is also exceptionally large furnished with a Queen bed, and connected full private bath. Like having 2 Master Suites! Regency Isle amenities include an outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gazebo, grilling area, sauna, steam room, fitness center, activity room with a TV, and WiFi in every room.

PARKING PASSES

One parking pass is included with your reservation. If you need an additional pass, one can be purchased for $35plus tax. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, if you need a second pass, please let us know at least 48 hours before check in. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

**06/25/2022-beginning on August 1, 2022, and ending on or around December 1, 2022 (weather permitting). Regency Isle will begin to start their north walkway construction project. At times due to this project, there will be loud construction noise. **

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
