The loft offers a total of 6 large rooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, all the rooms are fully furnished: a kitchen that includes a fully equipped kitchenette as well as a dining room and a table with 8 seats, a living room of approx. 35 sqm, fully furnished, equipped with 42 "flat screen TV, DVD and 5.1 surround sound and a sofa bed (three seats), 2 bathrooms one of which is equipped with a washing machine, 2 bedrooms: the first double while the second a triple bedroom (composed of a double bed and a single bed) and finally a small closet. The loft is also equipped with an air conditioning system in all rooms. Finally, by reservation only, you can use your own private parking. Outside the building there is a large free public car park. Located in Orsogna, a small town of 4000 inhabitants, located in a central position with respect to the sea (about 15 km) and the mountain (less than 50 km), surrounded by beautiful breathtaking views. The apartment has been recently renovated (energy efficient apartment with almost zero energy consumption), equipped with solar panels that cover 80% of the required energy demand, both for domestic hot water and to integrate the heating system to methane gas. A huge outdoor terrace also allows the possibility of using the BBQ and eating outdoors, surrounded by ornamental plants of 9 citrus varieties. A short distance from some of the most welcoming and characteristic towns of Abruzzo, an easy destination for day-trippers: Guardiagrele, Lanciano, Ortona and Chieti.
