"A quick note to whom ever it may concern, or be responsible for phone Support, when I was first creating our listings on Owner Direct for our cottage back in late January, through the process I had a need near the end to call Support for help finish them and got Cindy. She did a fantastic job and was very helpful and pleasant to work with helping me complete our listings correctly.
To today, when our first Owner Direct booking came in this morning, we had some questions, so called into Support, and who should I get again, but Cindy! Once again she did a fabulous job of clarifying our questions and directing us through the follow-up process for this first booking. Now we know the steps.
