This flat is a spacious and luminous apartment on the third floor of a modern building situated in a tranquil and well kept zone of Palermo. The apartment is extremely comfortable in both the summer and winter months as it has air conditioning and central heating. It is perfect for the tourist as well as those visiting Palermo for other reasons who wish to stay in a welcoming and quiet environment. There is a spacious double bedroom where, on request, a small bed for children can be added. The bathroom is rather large with a bath and shower and an elegant wash basin in marble. There is a fitted kitchen with access to a balcony enclosed by a veranda where you can find the washing machine. In the living room there is a comfortable divan bed for two and a 40 inch television. A WI FI connection is available for guests without any added cost.
