Public courses include: abacoa golf club only 1.5 miles, north palm beach golf club 3 miles, palm beach gardens golf club & the golf club of jupiter. Jupiter - juno beach: nearby beaches 1.25 mile with 60 beach access areas, fishing pier at juno beach & plenty of free parking. Both are national gold metal winner state parks. The grand king size bedroom is furnished with an elegant sleigh bed, 55" 4k TV, DVD and a full bathroom. Sliders open to a patio with waterway views and a 42 jet therapeutic spa. 2nd king size bedroom features italian pecan wood furniture adored with white marble tops, 55" HD TV and a custom marble walk-in shower with two sinks. 3rd king size bedroom features a seashell sleigh bed in walnut woods and 32" HD TV and a full bathroom. Living room is elegantly furnished and features an authentic stone fireplace.( non working) dining room is adjacent to a charming stone fireplace and furnished with a formal octagon granite table for 6. Kitchen is fully equipped including a six burner gas range, bosch dishwasher, kitchen aid fridge and wine cooler. The family room has leather sofas, 65" 4k HD TV and DVD. Sliders open to the patio area with bbq island, umbrella table and lounges viewing the waterway and across the canal million dollar estates on the water airport: west palm beach international 15 miles kayak adventure parks: john d. Macarthur beach state park, "voted america's best" national gold medal winner, *dubois park on the intra coastal waterway. Sightseeing cruises: palm beach island, peanut island and jupiter island. Fishing charters: castaways marina & square grouper tiki bar, blue heron fishing charters jupiter, florida. Lion country safari, loggerhead turtle sanctuary, cruises out of local palm beach port. 3 hours to disney world & epcot, equestrian and polo in wellington, florida 25 minutes. Payment Methods
For payments made via credit card and/or Paypal, there is a 3.50 percent surcharge. Visa, Master Card, Amex, Direct Bank Deposit, Email Money Transfer, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 60 or more days prior to arrival)
Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 50 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 50 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 1500.00 USD is due 60 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 21 days of departure., For a Long Term Stay, the deposit is 3000.00 USD, Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
