Perfect house for big group!
The house works really well for a large group! Stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean, great location, etc. Elevator super helpful since kitchen on third floor! Limited seating outside except fourth floor.

Big Thyme Fun
Great location of home. Appreciated the 4 bikes there. Loved having 2 grills to use, but would be great to have more tables/outside seating near back (driveway side). Only one small table with 2 chairs. We like that area, as it’s fairly private. Plenty of room for everyone to have space (we had 8..... but could fit 11-12 comfortably. Loved the upstairs bunk room, just have to run down a floor for restroom. Maintenance folks great, mgmt folks great as we text each other when needed. Quick to reply. WiFi not great, but did work. ONLY thing i disliked was such a late check-in this year.....5:00. (Previous year were a little earlier). Ugh. So you pretty much lose that day bc you can’t really unload/do grocery/do much bc your car still full til 5. Then you have to check out by 10 am the following Saturday, so you kind of lose both saturdays. But...... overall, would rent again and recommend.

Couples trip
Overall the house was great. It fits four couples perfect. It would also fit seven kids that would share the bathrooms of each family. The picture on line are accurate. We noticed a few mainteance issues that we brought to the management team as we were leaving. The outdoor furniture needs to be updated. The unit was clean and in a good location. The only issue we had was getting in. We received many reminders that we would not be able to get in until 5 on arrivial day and we would receive a text when the unit was ready. When I checked on the status at 5, they replied that that the unit has been ready for awhile. Never received the original text but received all the tesxts that we could not check in until 5. Also not able to use pool or beach until you check in. A bonus for Rosemary Beach that if you bring your own chairs, there is a space at each entry that is reserved for you and not taken by the chair service. A great Rosemary Beach policy. There are two backpack coolers, four beach chairs (we left two for future guests) and 4 boogey boards in the 4th floor storage. Thanks for a relaxing vacation.

Wonderful last minute booking
Had booked a house through a different rental company and upon arrival,<br/>The house was in a state of repair that we were not told about! We decided to cancel our stay and luckily found this beautiful home last minute!! Could not have been more pleased with the accommodations and the rental company itself!! Would definitely stay here again! Great location. Pool nearby and walking distance to beach! 4 king suites with a separate bunk room! Elevator was so convenient for bringing supplies to third floor living area! Cannot say enough wonderful things about the property! Had a small issue with the toilet in downstairs bathroom not wanting to flush. Called management and they immediately sent someone out to take care of it!! Kitchen was well stocked and there is a lovely covered sitting area on the roof which was lovely!

A “Sweet 16”
Weekend trip to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday with her friends, and Thyme and place was a perfect setting. Plenty of room and comfortable beds made parents feel like they had a vacation as well. Elevator a big bonus and girls loved the bunk area and hangout spot on the 4 th floor.

Excellent Home Away From Home
Despite the weather, we had a wonderful stay at Thyme and Place. The property was just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The beds were comfortable and there were ample towels for each person. The location was really close to town and a 5 minute bike ride to the beach. The property managers were extremely responsive to our requests when necessary. We had a few issues with smoke alarm batteries being low and chirping, but the management company responded immediately. The only drawback was that the grill wasn't working properly which was a bummer as we like to cook at home.

Great place for a family vacation!
Great place, but not perfect. Space of the beach house was excellent for 5 adults and 1 toddler. It was clean, but not some scuff marks on the wall and bent blinds in the master bedroom. Only problem was during check-in, which we as delayed an hour. Told to wait and not come to the property. Received no notice the property was ready. Had to call and ask.

Perfect Family Vacation Home!
This was a perfect vacation place for our family trip! We love Rosemary Beach and this place had multiple balconies as well as a fourth floor with views! Each room was spacious, all king size beds, and the kid's bunk room was awesome. The living area was perfect, big table for the group and wonderful kitchen/gathering areas. Rosemary Beach is so walkable so we ended up just walking to the beach each day and loved being so close to downtown as well! The rental company was also SO helpful and responsive, we could text if there was anything missing that we needed and they were super quick! All-in-all I would definitely recommend :)

Amazing house and location.
We had a great time at this rental. It is really hard to find king beds in every room and this house had just that. Very spacious. Perfect home if you go with a couple of families. Decorated amazing. The company was always available if we had questions. I have been to rosemary beach 4 times and house has been our favorite. Has a splash pad right outside and open green for the kids to run around in. Also the pool is really close by and beach is a short walk or a quick bike ride across the street.

Beautiful vacation home!
We recently stayed in Thyme & Place for wedding weekend with my family of 10. The house has 4 wonderful king beds and a spacious loft area with a bunk room. There are a lot of stairs but the elevator is a nice option for those who can’t walk the stairs. The living floor (living room & kitchen) is beautiful and spacious with great views! The rooftop is amazing for sunset views. There is a green space right out front for children and adults to enjoy. It’s an easy walk to the heart of Rosemary. I definitely recommend this home. However, I had a less than pleasant experience with the property manager. Upon our arrival, we called MULTIPLE times to get assistance for our rental company to deliver cribs to the house. We kept gettting sent to voicemail after voicemail. When I FINALLY received a call from property manager, he was rude and refused to give access code early and actually bad mouthed the company we chose for a crib. We sat in the driveway for 2 hours with our toddler waiting on the code to enter, seeing that the house was clearly vacant and clean. All our guests checked into their properties early all over Rosemary Beach but not us. He seemed to do it on purpose, despite us explaining the special circumstance. It put a damper on the start to our wedding weekend so for this reason, I would never rent again. Thank you

Thyme and Place review
Overall we loved Thyme and Place. The property seemed a bit worn, however. A guest of ours tripped on a loose brick in the back walkway and sprained her ankle. The steps in the back need to have a railing and there needs to be improved light at night...There was a light out over the stove, a light in the bunkroom was loose from the wall, the toilet paper holder in the master bath was loose from the wall. Some of the beach chairs were rusted and one broke when we took it to the beach while I was sitting in it. A bike had a flat tire. These things made me wonder why I had paid so much to rent this property.

Luxury!
What you see in the pictures is what you get. Beautiful place and very very clean. Lots of fresh towels for all the bathrooms and clean bedding. Everything in this house is top notch. We thought the property would be far from the beach, but it is a 3 min bike ride or a 10 min walk. We loved the bikes and riding around the community was so much fun. Everyone here was so friendly and polite. We spent most of our time at the beach. Renting beach chairs in advance is a must. This house had boogie boards, which saved us $$$. We bought groceries at the Walmart in Panama City, but we did eat a few meals out at Southside Slice Pizza Place, Shades Bar and Grill and the kids went to Sugar Shak for treats. All were very good. We have already decided to return to Rosemary Beach and rent this property again. Bottom line: a very clean luxury house that is a 3 min bike ride to a beautiful beach. Highly recommend!

Thyme and Place was our Perfect Place!!
Our family had been looking forward to this vacation all year and we could not wait to get there. We actually had a bad experience with the onsite management company last year in Rosemary Beach and I can't begin to describe how different and better the experience with 30A Luxury Vacations was. The property was immaculate and they think of everything! They called us and checked on us, which was a first, and have all the details you need in a mobile app that you can share with the rest of the family...how cool! Beautiful home in Rosemary
We loved our stay this past springbreak. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Everything is modern and well-maintained. The furniture was lovely! We enjoyed the rooftop patio every night, especially while we were keeping up the social distancing that just started during our stay. We will definitely rent this again in the future!

They sure are right about the AMAZING view from the 4th Floor!!
We loved the aesthetic of this home, which is why we picked it, and it didn't disappoint. Having all king beds was so nice for the adults and the kids loved the 4th-floor bunk room. The management company made all aspects of our stay a breeze and we look forward to renting through them again.

Thanksgiving trip
Overall we had an excellent stay. The house was great. The stair became a nuisance over the week but who doesn’t need a stair master workout. We were surprised that there were no wine glasses so we bought some along with champagne flutes. We donated to the house.

What a wonderful weekend vacation!!

Wonderful Family Retreat!
Thank you for the wonderful Rosemary Beach vacation experience! Even being across the main street from the beach housing, we felt it was actually fun to walk or ride our bikes through the beautiful streets of Rosemary Beach. It is very family-friendly.<br/>From the location right next to the amphitheater and a sidewalk fountain, the convenient elevator in the home, the child safety gates provided for the main floor, to the fun fourth floor crows nest to view the sunsets - it contributed to an excellent week at the beach.<br/>The rental staff was also on-point with all my questions and concerns.<br/>I will recommend 30A Luxury Rentals and Thyme and Place rental in the future!

Overpriced, underwhelmed
The walls and ceilings in this house must have been built with no insulation. Refrigerator did not cool and ruined much of our food. It is priced high but does not deliver.

Not one we would rent again...
I was not impressed with this rental like I thought that I would be based on the pics. It did not feel clean. I addressed with the management. Several things did not work - freezer door broken, none of the ice makers worked, could not get back door to lock so either left unlocked or had to use front door, none of the linens were like pictured, seemed bare bones, smoke detector battery kept beeping and had to take battery out, gas grill did not work so we couldnt grill out, master room did not seem like a master at all, elevator was a nice item but extremely slow so we rarely used. Other than the 4 bikes that were provided and the fact that maintenance was responsive, I would not rent this house again. We stay in Rosemary every year for the last 20 years and this was not a favorite.

Spring Break with the Family
Very nicely appointed home that's a 3 min bike ride to the beach. 3 bikes were provided with the rental. Only a few critiques - no beach towels were provided (unusual in my experience, several cheap blinds in the bedrooms were broken, and the gas grill needed to be cleaned. Overall a very nice home to spend a week at Rosemary Beach.

Lot's of stairs but worth the climb!
My family has spent the last 8 years in RB for Spring Break and we like the idea of periodically changing rental homes. For spring break we have been more than pleased with previous rentals and were delighted that Thyme and Place did not disappoint. The home is well cared for and nicely equipped. The only thing that proved inconvenient was the lack of a bathroom for the top level bedroom and living space. Absent that, the home layout is fabulous and the location is great. As important as the actual home itself is the service from the rental company. Chris and his team were stellar and professional at all times. We had a minor issue and the response was quick. It is possible that we would rent Thyme and Place again in the future and it is definite that we will have Chris assist with future rentals.

A perfect getaway!
This house was not only beautiful, but very accommodating. We loved spending time on the 4th story deck in the evening! The mattresses and linens were so insanely comfortable, that were all trying to figure out who the mattresses manufacturer was. :) It is very rare to find 4 king size mattresses in one house. The kitchen was well appointed, and the location was superb. We will definitely be returning to this property! I loved this rental management company so much, I don't know why we would ever rent from anyone else in the future.

Amazing house
This house is beautiful and the experience was perfect. The management company did a great job at taking care of us. Everything was in pristine condition. All the beds are super comfortable. The linens seemed brand new and everything you need is there conveniently to last you at least the first day which helps a lot making it not necessary to go to the crazy publix... (Go out to eat instead) it is conveniently walking distance from pool and beach and town. Rosemary was just great and every family friendly. We would stay again.

Perfect for Multiple Families
30A Luxury Vacations went above and beyond for us. We are so thankful for their kindness, professionalism and of course beautiful home in the perfect location. A special thank you to Chris and Holly! <br/><br/>Specific accolades for Thyme and Place. This is a great multiple family home with 4 master bedrooms for the adults and a fourth floor kid haven. Our favorite part of the home was the tower deck overlooking the whole town. What a view! Perfect spot for morning coffee and sunset wine.

Great Family Thanksgiving Vacation
We rented Thyme and Place for 5 nights with 2 of our married children; their husbands,their 5 children (ages 2-10) along with another granddaughter, age 21. This was a perfect location for the children to learn to ride bikes and ride little scooters at the park directly across the street. In addition, the grown children could walk to local restaurants and bars. Everyone loved the convenience of being able to go to the indoor pool as well as fitness center. The house met our needs perfectly for this group. I have never been more impressed with a management and maintenance team. They exceeded all my expectations from check in to check out.

Comfortable beds, but a lot of stairs
We love Rosemary and enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable, which is a big plus in our books. Plenty of towels. However, there are a lot of stairs with the common area (kitchen and living room) on the third floor. <br/>There is an elevator, but it is a bit slow. The stairs were not a huge issue for my husband and I, but more so for his mother, who is in her late 60s... so just beware. The top patio was our favorite spot, but it was bit chilly for us and we could not locate any extra throws/blankets. This would be a nice addition for the home or bring your own. Also, the kitchen was equipped with the basics, but not out of this world equipped. For instance, we found the top of the blender, but never the bottom half? Not a huge deal, but just something we noticed. And for what the cleaning fee cost, I seriously would like to see this home deep cleaned. The light fixtures were dusty and some of the doors had hand/finger prints on them. But the bathrooms/linens were all clean. I would rent this unit again w/ a younger/larger group as there are four king size bedrooms and lots of extra sleeping areas throughout the home. Oh, and if you want beach chairs, you must book them in advance (like several days). The rental co did mention this, but honestly I didn't think it would be an issue in December as it's not crowded... however, the rental chair co, does not take reservations on short ... 24-48 hours in advance. I would book one week ahead of time (at the very least).

I'm glad you were able to enjoy it even in the cooler weather. I'm greatly sorry for the insufficient cleaning and would like to make sure that you know to please contact us if you see things like that as we will immediately get someone over to the property to make them right. You're right, beach chairs can be difficult at any time of year, especially in the summer, which is why we try to make sure guests book them as soon as they book their trip down here. Thyme & Place review
The house was very pretty and nice but lacking on cleanliness. The first night we were there we found a HUGE roach in the kitchen, and dirty bed linens in one of the guest suites. There were also ants coming in through the window in the pantry. They did send someone out to change all of the bed linens as soon as I let them know they were left dirty for our stay. Considering what we paid to rent the property and an added cleaning fee, I was not at all happy with the roach/ants/dirty linen issues. Also the back porch light was burned out making it extremely dark when coming in the back in the evenings. This was reported and never fixed during our stay. Overall the house met our needs for a large family vacation, but could definitely use some help in the cleaning department.

Mrs. Weaver, I am very sorry that you found a palmetto bug and there were some ants crawling near a window during your stay. We were more than happy to come over there as soon as you made us aware of that and call the pest control company we use for quarterly treatments immediately and have them there the very next day to again treat the entire property. Thank you for also sending us a picture of the bug. I can absolutely assure you we remove all linens and towels after every single guest stay and bring in all new linens and towels in prior to the next arrival. As our housekeeping manager and your husband pointed out you could clearly see the folding creases in the linens, because all of our linens are pressed after they are washed, which showed they were definitely not slept in and freshly put on the bed that day, but we were more than happy to remake every single bed in the property for you. We are always happy to do any and everything we can for our guests to make their stay more enjoyable please do not hesitate to let us know if we can ever do anything for you.

The perfect house for our large family.
Our favorite so far of the 4 years we have come. This home was so well set up for 4 families . 14 in all including 6 kids. The kids loved the 3rd floor bunkroom (except that it didn't get cool enough).<br/>The 2 bedrooms on the first floor were warm also.

Mom's Gettaway!
We had a big group of ladies (moms) and the house was well laid out for our group. Everyone had their own space and the kitchen was well situated for everyone to hang out. We loved the upper level deck! Our only wish was for a bathroom in the bunk area. We had a fabulous time and plan to make this an annual trip.

What an amazing property!!
We had such a wonderful multi-family spring break trip to Rosemary Beach and absolutely loved this property!! The property manager made check in easier than it has ever been...we just went straight to the property and they even had the place ready early for us. I was able to share all the property info in their mobile with the whole family, which made it so easy and accessible. We loved watching the sunset from the 4th floor balcony every night and the elevator made grocery day a breeze. We will definitely be back at Thyme & Place again and will always use 30A Luxury Vacations going forward!!

Thyme & Place Family Rental
Thyme & Place is a wonderful home for two families to comfortably stay. We loved the roof patio. The upstairs bunk area is very small and doesn't have a bathroom. Probably best for young children. The management company was great and quickly addressed any issues we had.

Great location and home for families
Loved this home and location! We had two families with several young kiddos, and this home was ideal! The only wish we had was for rugs in the bedroom to absorb some sound (you can hear a bit between rooms). <br/><br/>The bikes were awesome! Beach was a very short bike ride (probably 7 min walk) and pool was 2 seconds away. The splash pad was nice but a danger zone until they pressure wash (kids slipping everywhere). <br/><br/>House is beautiful and we were so spoiled. The elevator was a huge help and the open floor plan was perfect for our families. <br/><br/>We hope to return next year and take more advantage of the rooftop!
