So if you have a crib, or air mattress, and want to save money, rather than renting two units, we'll allow that. This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with WiFi is up where you get a bird’s-eye view of the Gulf and the beach all the way from West to East ... Simply breathtaking. It has two luxury ensuite bedrooms, one with beach-front balcony access and views, a private bathroom complete with huge walk-in shower AND a garden tub. There's also a children’s bunk room that the kids will love. The well-stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a smooth-top stove and side-by-side fridge), granite counters, and tile floors throughout. This is the only property around with this level of amenities. Booking Deposit

The booking is confirmed with a non-refundable fee of 25 percent of the rent total.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation within 60 days of arrival, all payments are non-refundable. The booking deposit is non-refundable. Travel insurance is recommended for your stay.

Security or Damage Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 14 days prior to arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure., Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit., Long term rentals may be subject to a larger deposit.
