Family Vacation Enjoyed our stay at Horizon South 20C. Everything is very updated with lots of space. Loved not having elevators like most of the high rises. We found it was easier to drive and park at the public beach entrance than to walk that far. It’s a pretty good distance from the beach to the condo. Nice location in the quieter area of PCB. Easy access to back beach or front beach road to get to all restaurants and pier park. Response from Dragonfly Property Management; Sunday, July 10, 2022 Hi Melissa. Thank you for your feedback. Beware! Proceed with caution!! <br/>We were moving to the area and needed a place to stay while we sold our home in TN and closed on a house. We contacted Diana at Dragonfly about doing a 4 month stay. At the time properties were scarce and rates were outrageous but we desperately agreed to pay $2900 per month for a 2 bedroom outdated condo at Horizon South, a decision I will later regret.<br/><br/>A month before our move in date I had a car accident resulting in significant damage and repair costs. I had to use some of the money set aside for the condo. When I contacted Diane about changing our payment plans she refused. She said that ALL $11800 must be paid in advance before we can be allowed to stay. Since I already paid $8000 I asked if we could do a 3 month rental instead. She said no, that I had already signed a contract and there was nothing she could do. I would have to forfeit the $8000 and have no place to stay. I was devastated. I called again a few days later and we agreed to a reasonable solution - she would allow us to stay for one month but if the remaining balance was not paid she would have the sheriff at the door to evict us immediately.<br/><br/>Upon moving in, we were informed the owners had decided to sell the condo but would continue to allow us to stay until it was sold. In addition, we were asked to vacate the property several times per week for showings and make sure things were clean and personal items put away.<br/><br/>In our 4 month stay, our internet was out for about a week, and the door never actually locked which I informed the property manager of. We did break one $5 wine glass, and discovered a hole in the $30 futon cover. We offered to replace the items but Diane said not to worry the new owners were going to be replacing it anyway. After our departure we were charged $150 for damages. I wish I had known what a nightmare this would be. As a vacation property owner myself, I would NEVER want my guests treated this way!! Be aware. Use discretion before signing an Response from Dragonfly Property Management; Thursday, February 3, 2022 Vacation rentals have different laws than long term rentals when it comes to rent. We do apologize the original owner decided to sell during your stay. We appreciated you being open to the showings, and never brought up any issues with Dragonfly nor the listing agent with problems about showing the unit. The damage charges were for additional cleaning, as well as not returning the bedding as we discussed. All furniture had to be professionally cleaned before the new owner was able to reuse it, as it was covered with dog hair. The excessive amount of debris and pet hair found in this condo after a long term stay was unacceptable, and therefore was the cause of the additional charges. They saved our VACATION We were stranded because our previous place had bugs and vrbo did not find us another place on Chritmas Eve. My wife contacted Diana with Dragon Property Management who was able to find us a place to accommodate a family of 4 and our dog. If it wasn't for her we don't know what we would of done. Newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath at Horizon South.. Horizon South 20C is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo located in the back corner of the property, This great unit sleeps up to 8 people.

This two bedroom, two bath condo features all the amenities of home. The kitchen is fully renovated equipped with all new housewares and is great for preparing all your meals. This unit is furnished with brand new furniture. The living room features queen size sofa sleeper and TV.

The master bedroom is a full bedroom with a King-sized bed. The guest bedroom is located upstairs and sleeps 4 with a 2 queen beds. There is a private bathroom off this bedroom.
