Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 USD is due 7 days prior to arrival.
When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 10 days of departure.

This is a ground floor golf course unit featuring 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, and sleeps 6 with queen pullout sofa. Extensively remodeled during winter 2022. The master suite is complete with 2 queen beds, large walk-in closet, separate vanity area, and private shower/toilet room. Access the back patio from the master suite and the living room. Off the back patio you will find a lagoon filled with turtles, fish, and birds. The open living room, dining room, and eat at bar boasts everything you need to lounge and dine comfortably during your stay. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and a double stack washer/dryer is available to keep your linens clean. The second full bath is located along the main hall and features a walk-in shower. There is a pedestrian walkover bridge located just steps from your front door that leads to the beach and beachfront pools/hot tubs. Seasonal, free, tram service is also provided roundtrip from the beach to the golf villas if the short 5-minute walk is not desired. Please note that 1 parking pass is included. Additional vehicles will be subject to additional pass fee.
