Ocean Villa is a low density complex located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Florida. This unit is on the 3rd floor, which is the same level as the walkover bridge from the parking deck, so no need for elevators. Being a 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom unit, it will sleep 6 comfortably in beds and can be utilized as having 2 masters. Gaze over the beach and the pool area from your huge private balcony. Fully stocked kitchen and a washer - dryer is also in the unit.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 20 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival, all payments (less a 100 USD cancellation fee) are refunded.
