Our unit is located in a two story luxury townhouse style condominium with no neighbors above or below. Beautiful mature tropical trees and colorful flowers fill the lush landscaped areas of the complex and surround the unit.You are steps away, across the 18th fairway, from uncrowded sandy beaches where you can swim, snorkel, or surf. Amenities of the complex include a tiled pool and gas barbecues. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit plus a loft. The master bedroom and bath are on the second floor. The downstairs level open concept incorporates the kitchen, living area, and expansive screened lanai. The total square feet, including the lanai, is 1806. The unit features tile and hardwood floors, new kitchen with large peninsula and tile countertops, 6 skylights. It comes fully furnished, including leather furniture, dishwasher, internet, cable, flat screen tv, dvd player, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, sheets and towels. Because of the location of n-3, it is one of the most private and quiet units in the complex. The lanai runs the width of the unit overlooking the 18th fairway of the presently closed kaluakoi golf course. There is an ocean view from the lanai and living area.
