There is a 30-day cancellation policy for most of the year and a 75-day cancellation policy for Christmas and New Year’s bookings. If you cancel with 30 days notice or more (75 days notice or more for Christmas and New Year’s bookings), your deposit less a 10% of the accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be refunded to you. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival (75 days for Christmas and New Year’s bookings) are non refundable. However, a credit for the full amount less a 10% of accommodation cost cancellation fee plus tax will be held for you and can be applied to another reservation anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your arrival date are non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 CAD is due on arrival.
Groups of young adults may be subject to a larger deposit.

The Aurora townhome development is conveniently located next to the Eagle Glide ski run. Unit #9 is a beautiful 3bdrm corner unit located at the end of the complex. This location makes the property private compared to other units. Within minutes you will strap your skis on and make your way down Eagle Glide and grab your first chair of the day on the Toby Chair Lift.

The large entrance will make it easy to get ready in the morning and to store your mitts and boots at the end of the day. From there, the property splits in two. Guests will find a private television room with comfortable seating to the left. The sofa in this room pulls out for extra sleeping arrangement. To the right, a bright and spacious living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining space and sitting area will be found. This area has high end features such as granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood floor and a gas fireplace. The back private balcony can be accessed from this room and comes with a private BBQ and patio furniture. There is a half bathroom on this floor.
All bedrooms are on the upper level. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed while the third bedroom is perfect for kids with a double/single bunk bed and single trundle bed. Aside from the ensuite bathroom this floor has a 2nd full restroom and a stack-able washer/dryer.
Guests staying at Aurora town homes will have full access to the Panorama Springs Pool in the upper village.
