LOCATION:

Enjoy the treasures of Vancouver Island from our beautifully appointed and cozy cottage. We are located in Parksville in a resort setting, Oceanside Village Resort, right across from the entrance to one of the Island's gems - Rathtrevor Provincial Park. Here you can enjoy the seemingly endless sandy beach, beautiful ocean vistas, play in the summer's warm ocean water and explore the myriad of walking-hiking trails - all at your doorstep.
It is important to note that as owners of the cottage, we manage and clean the cottage ourselves so we can assure attention to all details.

COTTAGE DESCRIPTION:

. Modern fully equipped kitchen including eating bar and wood cabinetry - ready for you to prepare your favorite gourmet meals,

. Dining room table accommodates 6 people - also a great spot for those rainy day and evening family board games,

. After a fun filled day at the beach, chill out on the comfy couch in front of the fireplace,
. Living room is also furnished with 2 cozy chairs, wall mounted flat screen television, stereo, vaulted
pine ceiling, ceiling fan and dimmer switches for setting a romantic ambiance,
. Large windows in living room draws the exterior landscaped greenery into the cottage,
. Direct access from the living room to the large treed rear deck area,

. Large rear deck with nice surrounding landscape and trees,
. Deck accommodates a table and chairs for 6 as well as the barbeque,
. Great spot to wind down with family at the end of the day - the bird life will keep you company!
. Large front deck with patio furniture drenched in morning sunshine - wonderful place to enjoy your favorite vacation cup of coffee,

. Cozy upstairs loft with comfortable couch, large television & 4 piece ensuite - great "get away" room or "kids den",

. 2 - 4 piece bathrooms - one on main level and the second upstairs directly off the loft,

. In suite washer and dryer including detergent for your convenience,
