Description
Located in the gated community of Pedregal, is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with a large terrace overlooking 1 of the 2 pools available for you. A fully stocked kitchen if you wish to dine in along with a propane bbq. Wifi is included as well as a firestick for your tv viewing. Your views include the Sea of Cortez, the glorious mountains that surround Cabo and the City Lights at night. Pedregal is an exclusive community with our own desalination plant with safe drinking water, you will have free access to the Tennis Courts and Pickle Ball Courts, our own private beach (non-swimable) to view amazing sunrise and sunsets. The Marina, nightlife and amazing restaurants are a short walk down the hill. There is street parking if you plan to rent a vehicle or Uber if you prefer not to walk. Wed and Sat there is an organic market just 2 min from the front of the complex. Our community is well maintained and very peaceful after an invigorating day of Cabo adventures.

Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 30.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
Cleaning During Stay
There is no cleaning/maid service available.

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 15 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 15 percent of the rent.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

Credit card payments are not accepted. Email Money Transfer
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due 10 days prior to arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
