The Peninsula is unlike any other in P. V. The building includes a state of the art fitness center, massage therapists, stunning lobby, wifi in all common areas, huge infinity pool, 24 hr security, concierge service and steps from the beach. This condo is on the upper floor, overlooking the ocean on one side and the mountains and city on the other. It is centrally located and minutes from downtown, airport, marina, golf, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, banks, etc. The unit has been professionally and comfortably decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. The dining area seats 8. Reviews posted by previous guests: Extraordinary. This is a comfortable apartment with breathtaking views of all that Banderas Bay has to offer. The decor draws the eyes here and there and on and on. Security is top notch. Building staff readily takes care of guest needs. ROBERT M. Luxurious Condo!! As soon as we opened the door to come in to this stupendous and modern condo on the 19th floor of tower 2, we couldn’t believe the breathtaking views on both sides of it as well as the condo itself; on the living area side the marvelous sea and in the rooms side, you can enjoy the city views, it has everything you need and more to feel as if you where staying at a 5 star hotel, every room has its own bathroom, very clean and neat decorated, very modern, you will not want to leave, better than the pictures, we really enjoyed our stay here and staff is really courteous and always willing to help you. Thank you Minda for letting us enjoy your beautiful “CASA BONITA” !! HIRAM M. Great condo in PV This condo is great, very clean and everything is in working order. The owner is fantastic, she called as soon as we booked and offered up her favorite places to go. If you can rent this condo don’t hesitate, you will not be disappointed. The unit is right on the beach with a great pool. When we go back to PV we will look to rent this unit first. MIKE B. Just as advertised. Awesome Condo is awesome. Breathtaking view of the bay. Complex is very secure, clean and peaceful. Pool is great and was never crowded. Lilly (property manager) prepurchased groceries and we were able yo cook meals without issue. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 USD is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 44 days of arrival, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

PayPal, Money Order or Cashiers Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Personal Cheque. (Available for guests booking 21 or more days prior to arrival)
Pet Policy, Deposit & Fees
Pets are not allowed due to bylaws/regulations/policies. NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
Cleaning During Stay
Cleaning/Maid service is included in the rent and occurs every 10 days during a stay.

Cleaning on Departure
A fee is charged for Cleaning on Departure One-time fee of 100.00 USD for stays of any number of nights or occupants.
