There are 4 suites in the house. All suites have King bedrooms and separate entrances.

Easy walk to Front street restaurants and shops; Okanagan Beach and Marina, beginning of the Naramata Bench Wineries and the KVR Trail.

On Kettle Valley Railroad trail: gorgeous lake views, vineyards, trestle bridges and orchards.

KVR Trail is right across the road . Public Pool at Community Centre is a 5 minute drive. The property is located at the beginning of the Naramata Bench where you can visit some of the best vineyards in the Okanagan. In fact the closest winery, Perseus is only 25 metres away. Munson Mountain is 1 kilometre which offers spectacular views of Okanagan Lake, Skaha Lake and Penticton and Naramata.


Parking: One parking spot is included for each Suite; Second parking spot may be available @ $20/ stay.
It is easiest and safest to drive in and park close to fence. When leaving, reverse your vehicle towards Gateway, and drive out using other Gateway. Please. No parking outside cedars for you or your visitors. It blocks the sightline for neighbours leaving their driveways.

Maximum Occupancy: Orchard Suites is designed for Guests who stay here. The Cherry, Plum and Pear Suites allow up to four Guests including your visitors. Apple Suite allows three. For example, if you are two Guests staying in the Plum Suite, you are allowed one or two visitors. No visitors other than this

Check In 4:00 PM or later Check Out by 10:30 AM
Check In and Keys: Letter and set of keys in front door mailbox. Access to the Cherry Suite and Apple Suite is through the Front Door. Access to Pear Suite is via gates to left of garage leading to Deck in backyard. Access to Plum Suite is via right front corner of house.

Free Wireless internet: BLUE Tent card SHAW in Suite provides password

Laundry: Deluxe Units are available in hallway; $2/wash, $2/dry; 4PM-10PM only. Bring your own laundry supplies.
Air Conditioning is Central AIR CONDITIONING. If outside temp is above 24C; please keep the windows and doors closed. Otherwise, feel free to leave windows open. Orchard Suites cools best at night with windows open.

Quiet Time: 11 PM – 7 AM. Please be quiet when coming and going through front doorway, close doors softly, talk softly, low volume TV, no visitors.

SHOES OFF. IN UPPER SUITES: please walk softly...Ever so softly

BBQ: Make sure tank is turned off & BBQ is cleaned. If propane tank is empty, let us know or refill at SHELL gas station on Government Street.. Keep receipt, we will reimburse
Electric Fireplace: Please turn off when leaving Suite and when going to bed.
Visitor Parking: No parking for visitors. Visitors may park opposite on Bankview Road.
No Smoking in Suites: Use an ashtray when outside.
Cleaning Fee is $50 per stay. Cancellation: payments made are non-refundable

PETS
Pet fee is $10/night/pet; payable at booking or pay cash on arrival; no pay no pet stays. Dogs must accompany owners when you leave Suite. Please bring bedding for your pet. Pets must not ever sleep on bed or on furniture. Dogs may not bark in Suite and disturb owners or other guests. You must clean up the common yard and garden immediately after your pet. There is great walking available on the KVR Trail 50 yards from OS

At end of stay, please

• Place your garbage and recycling in the labelled bins beside the garage
• Wash up and place all kitchen items away
• Clean Fridge & BBQ
• Leave Keys in Suite, and Suite door Unlocked
