The Villa includes custom kitchen, cozy living room, dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 Queen with Juliet balcony, and 1 Queen + Bunk Beds), 2 bathrooms and a patio with a Craftsman arbour & outdoor dining - BBQ area. Beach blankets, umbrellas, beach chairs, are all available for your use and enjoyment. A designated parking stall + extra parking free on the street. Main floor has a calming bright living room to sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in or watch a movie by the fire. A custom modern kitchen is absolutely stunning to unwind and make a nice meal in, while the rest of the family is lounging in the family room or out on the patio. Kitchen has brand stainless appliances including room in the fridge for all your purchases after your wine touring. Powder room on main, plus washer - dryer facilities. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, sitting area. Additional bedroom has 1 queen, and 1 set of bunk beds. Start the day watching the sunrise out the Juliet balcony. Air conditioning and fireplace provide comfort for all seasons. Located in central Penticton, BC.
