We were able to find this last minute rental during Peachfest and we were very happy to have done so. When we arrived the owners (who live on site) were very friendly and welcoming. The walk out basement area was clean and comfortable and the property has some lovely green space that is made available if you would like. My only complaint is that it is a smoking home and it is either not mentioned or I missed where it indicated that fact. I am sensitive to cigarette smoke so I had some trouble adjusting and did end up spending most of our days out of the home.

Outside of that it was a beautiful place with some very kind owners.

My husband and I stayed here during the period ahead of and during the Ironman Canada race we were participating in. There was plenty of space for all of our gear, laundry facilities and a well-supplied kitchen. The owners couldn't do enough for us, lending us a hair dryer, alarm clock, and making available to us their BBQ and beautiful backyard! The location was convenient to all parts of Penticton but out of the way enough to feel like you were not surrounded by hotels/tourists. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!
