Payment Methods

Booking Deposit
The booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30 percent of the rent. Long Term Stay booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 40 percent of the rent.
Payment Balance
Balance of payment is due on arrival. For a "Long Term Stay", the above payment balance policy is different and should be discussed with the owner.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel anytime, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
Security or Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit of 300,00 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded on check-out day.
Check In/ Out Times Policies - Property Access
Check IN: 05:00 PM Check OUT: 10:00 AM Flexible Check In/Out times are possible, dependent on outgoing/incoming guests. Guest to notify owner if they expect to arrive after 8 pm.
Quiet Time Policy
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of all neighbours.

Smoking is allowed, but outside only.
Children Policies
Children of all ages are welcome. Children under the age of 14 must be supervised at the pool/hot tub.

Pets are allowed. One-time fee of 55.00 EUR for stays of any number of nights or occupants.(Charged Any number of pets.) Size limits: Medium - up to 18 kilograms (40 pounds) Pets allowed:Cat, Dog A guest must request this optional service. Maximum allowed: Two Pets NOTE: Persons traveling with and requiring a Service Animal have special rights and must be granted access regardless.
