This area includes ten small villages (borgos) which were built in the past to defend this strategic area from possible external attacks, since they provide a full view from the whole river valley. It’s a walking experience, it’s a five-senses experiences. San Quirico is one of these borgos, and this Villa is 5 minutes walk from its "Piazza" Our Villa is a spacious comfortable house with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a separate laundry and a large, cozy and tastefully furnished living room. The enormous garden with play grounds for the kids, BBQ, large dining table, and your sunny private pool makes it not easy to go leave your holiday home for a day trip. But Montecatini with his thermal baths (15 km) Lucca (20 km) Florence, Pisa and Viareggio (40 km), are definitely worth it. Have dinner in the best restaurant in the surrounding in Sorana or visit the Saturday morning market from Pescia.

A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 EUR is due on arrival. When warranted, the deposit (or portion thereof) is refunded within 14 days of departure.
