    Oporto Apartments is a charming modernist building from 1936. The building is a noticeable example of the architecture Deco of the 30’s. This residence complex is the result of a restoration project at the year 2012, which recovered the exterior facades of the building and converted the interior spaces into practical and cozy holiday apartments. Oporto Apartments is located in the emerging Cedofeita´s area in Oporto’s center. It’s in the urban circuit between Oporto’s Downtown (“Baixa”), the old city center, and Boavista, the modern business center and hotel area. Although it’s placed in a central area of the city the nearby surroundings are quiet, and the outdoor spaces are large and wooded.

    Located in the Green Coast side of Portugal, close to Viana do Castelo is the village of Perre; here you will find our country inn majestically situated on the slope of a hill. The beauty of the lands, gardens and the clean refreshing stream that runs at the bottom of its farm lands are breath taking. The villa is a new place of Rural Tourism, located close to Viana do Castelo. It is a centennial house with preserved characteristic architecture of the North of Portugal, rounded with pretty gardens outside and really close to the Atlantic beaches. This is a rural tourism facility located in the north of Portugal, near the Atlantic coast. This vacation rental house has a capacity for 14+ people, with 7 double rooms, several spacious living rooms, and a large kitchen with the typical rural ambience that is fully equipped and can easily accommodate groups. Originally built in 1892, the house was recently renovated to more comfortably accommodate our guests, but the beautiful characteristics of its buildings have been preserved. The contrast of schist and granite that can be found throughout the property emphasizes the harmony that exists between what nature has provided and man has embellished. A relaxing and quiet atmosphere almost makes you forget how close you are to all the action that is happening in the surrounding area.     The house is a ten minute walk to Guincho Beach - one of Europe's most celebrated surfing beaches. The house has a superb view of the beach as well as the Sintra mountains. Cascais is only a ten minute drive and Sintra and Lisbon can be reached in thirty minutes. In addition to the three bedrooms and sitting room there is a patio in the garden.

    House in the center of a typical village of the area west of Lisbon, next to the beach (800 m), 2 km from Ericeira, 12 km from Mafra, well located, with all trade shops of the village a few meters. The dining / living room has a dining table for 12 people, in the dining area. It is equipped with a sofa and chair, satellite TV, stereo system. It has support desk. In the room there reading books in several languages ??and several entertaining games. The house is located in the village of Ribamar, very quiet village, which has all the shopping streets needed in everyday life (supermarket, barbecue, bakery, confectionery, stationery, pharmacy, laundry / ironing). Situated 2 km from Ericeira and 12 km from Mafra, towns it is recommended to visit for its natural beauty, gastronomy, heritage and cultural.     3,5km from the Historic Center (a world heritage town) but it is extremely private and secluded within its own delightful gardens. It takes, by car, about 10 minutes to the train station and to the center of town where there are shops museums, the old Royal Palace, huge chimneys, and a lot more to see.. Home has a large pool this is in a very sunny spot which also has a stunning view to the Sintra Mountain, the Moorish castle, the Pena Palace, the National Palace, Quinta da Regaleira. In the garden there is a barbecue and a place outside where the guests can take their meals. The decoration of the apartment is contemporary, making it very comfortable for holidays. It provides two bed rooms. Up a step from the living room area is a double room and a twin room. In the living room there is a bed maple for more two persons . The apartment is a detached cottage. It enjoys all day sunshine and a superb view to the mountains. There are several restaurants within walking distance. There are also international golf courses Penha Longa, Estoril, Beloura, Quinta da Marinha . At the Atlantic coast you can enjoy a number of sandy beaches 10 minutes by car.

    The cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and also has a sitting room with a good sofa which can sleep a fifth person. The kitchenette is fully equipped. There is a large garden and a verandah. The cottage has its own gate, driveway and parking. It is fully fenced so it is a safe place for children to play. The garden is suitable for BBQs and is equipped with picnic tables. The great beach of Guincho is about a 12 minute walk . It is accessed by a new boardwalk over spectacular dunes. The view of the ocean and the Sintra mountains from the cottage and from the dunes is truly spectacular. Only a few minutes walk is a village which has restaurants, cafes and basic shopping. The location is excellent; Lisbon is 35 minutes, Sintra is 15 and Cascais is 7. We live on the same property - although completely independent - and we enjoy helping guests with suggestions and recommendations for shopping, excursions, restaurants, etc. Wine and coffee are offered with pleasure in our large garden. The cottage has a WiFi connection as well as many international TV channels. Guests are invited to use our phone through skype or VoIP in the event that they do not have their own facilities. The owner is American and a concert violinist who has traveled throughout the world and who enjoys relating stories of his travels and hearing stories from our guests. His spouse is Portuguese, knows the country very well and is eager to share her passion for flowers and her knowledge of Portuguese cuisine.
